😭Scam! So disappointed, we bought the VIP tickets and arriving to the show, they couldn't validate the tickets, they said are not valid to the show. We and other 6 people were with the same problem. 😢They can't refund or change the booking, we called several times and not answer.

Bought Simon Cabaret tickets for 2 people from this tour provider via Viator. Received email confirmation with the two vouchers to redeem. Told by the ticket official staff at redemption point at Simon show that they could not find my tickets, hence they tried to contact the tour provider but to ...
Bought Simon Cabaret tickets for 2 people from this tour provider via Viator. Received email confirmation with the two vouchers to redeem. Told by the ticket official staff at redemption point at Simon show that they could not find my tickets, hence they tried to contact the tour provider but to no avail. Found out it was a scam, so tried to contact Viator support team who were not helpful at all except emailing the tour provider(scammers). Waited 24 hours to see if any response or update but nothing. Could not get through to the tour operator phone number as expected. Surprised to see scammers are on Viator platform and will not be booking through Viator again.jeffry_781

Favorite performances, the clothes of the performers and the stage are dazzling. The performance time is only one hour, but the value for money is excellent.
