I had taken private tour with Mr. Zaidi in Kuala Lumpur for the whole tour comprising of 5 days with my family with my kid aged just 8 months. Importantly this person has been so polite and helpful that at any point of time we didn't had the feeling that we are in a foreign soil, right from getting out from airport where he had to wait for 3 hrs since our immigration process took long for arrival being on a Sunday to the whole tour to City tour, Genting Highlands, Cameron Highlands to shopping everywhere we not only found him supportive and informative as well as full of patience, since we were late in our decided time quite a few times since we had a small baby with us. I must also say that he has been talkative exchanging information which made long driveways quite engrossing. I thoroughly recommend him for tours in Kuala Lumpur if you want peace of mind and travelling with your family to KL.Zaidi picked us up from The Palace of the Golden Horses and gave us a 3/4 day tour including Batu Caves and putrajaya, droppong us off in Sepang. He was a fount of information and made for a really enjoyable transfer.
