Chris is an amazing resource! Not only did he take time out of his day to accommodate general questions, he pointed us toward a very special event--the White House Garden tour--that we would have otherwise missed. He is knowledgeable, informative and fun! Meeting him on the edge of the Mall was a highlight to our day. As a guide myself, I appreciated his candor and sense of humor. He obviously loves his work and loves DC. Definitely worth booking a trip, and I look forward to next time!My family and I enjoyed a wonderful morning with Chris and Wheel the People. We had a phenomenal experience with Chris at Wheel the People. When I travel and book special experiences it makes such a difference to work with someone who pays attention to detail, connects and confirms, and is 100% dependable. I gave Chris a few of my requests in advance, he confirmed multiple times, and was at the right place at the right time ready to give our family a memorable tour. A pedicab tour is the BEST way to view all of the major sights in DC, especially with kids - we didn't want to walk the entire Mall and this made everything easy and approachable. We were comfortable and warm even when the weather took a turn and got chilly and rainy - while everyone else was running for cover we were still going strong! I expected the most valuable aspect of the pedicab experience to just be the transportation, but it ended up being Chris's touring - he is so knowledgeable and personable and adapted all of his stories and info for the understanding of the kids too. Can't recommend him highly enough - thank you Chris!Called Chris the day before our proposed trip. He couldn't have been more helpful. He organized a wonderful tour for us.
