Very efficient tour which we appreciated. We could see how others might feel it was rushed but with three teenagers it was the right amount of time. Fred our bus driver was great. The city tour was good and we liked getting to see the Punch Bowl National Cemetery. The only criticism would be better communication about pickup time but Fred was very accommodating making arrangements for an alternate location.Just enjoyed Fred the Tour Guide expressing the Love and Beauty of Hawaii with much knowledge rendered...teaching us Hawaiian 🌺 words and he’s full of Humor !!!

We had a good day trip with Roberts in early November. Our driver /guide was excellent [Thanks - Cousin Dave ]. He explained everything very well. The tour takes you from Hotel pick up to Pearl Harbour, were you were given your entry tickets and then left to your own to explore the movie, boat ride and museums [this suited us]. On the way back to the Hotel we were given a short tour of Honolulu. We found it to be an easy hassle free way to do a tour. "Thanks Mate" to Cousin Dave. Our bus driver Jarret was a great guide. His knowledge of the area was excellent. Picked us up at the time we were told & gave us lots of little tips to make our stay in Honolulu much more enjoyable. The tour of Pearl Harbor was moving & well worth the effort.

The tour was mis-sold as there was no City tour after the visit to Pearl Harbour. All our driver did was do a quick drive by without stopping at any of the places we were supposed to “ visit” on the City Tour. This tour is basically a glorified bus service to Pearl Harbour ( the entry tickets to USS Arizona memorial are free but you just have to book them in advance I found out). Our driver Cousin Dave did not provide any information about Hawaii or Oahu or even Pearl Harbour! We were left at Pearl Harbour on our own which is fine but then don’t describe it as a tour because it’s not! Our driver then gave us a handout after our visit was complete and then on the drive back from Pearl Harbour proceeded to make some very offensive and distasteful remarks about Japanese people and culture. I am not Japanese but was offended by his remarks and commentary. For the rest of the journey back to our drop offs, all our driver did was to provide inane commentary about his personal life and views. I really couldn’t care two hoots about what he did at the High School prom or his preference of dogs over cats or which car he drives. We were there to learn about Hawaii and Oahu and Pearl Harbour. Please don’t advertise this trip as a “ tour” because it’s not. It is a glorified taxi service to Pearl Harbour where you are dropped off, left to your own devices and picked up again with a drive- by a couple of sights in Honolulu with no stops. For a family of 3, we would have been better off getting a taxi or Uber to Pearl Harbour and paying for the taxi to stop off at all the photo stops whilst reading up the history of the sites on Google! Very disappointed and annoyed with this tour and the way it has been described. Also I can’t get over the racist comments made by the driver. I told my 10 yo to disregard what he said about Japanese people and culture. Luckily there were no Japanese on board but then he must have checked the guest list before he made those remarks.
