This class was one of our favorite things we did while in Italy, and the pasta was fantastic. Simone was a wonderful instructor - so warm and funny. The class is small, which makes it feel like a very special evening. The wine was very good, and we ended up getting a bottle to share during dinner. This is a nice opportunity to get out of Rome for a bit and see a beautiful town. I would recommend even coming early to walk around Frascati on your own before the tour begins. Tip: There are a lot of stairs to get to the winery, so if you’re mobility challenged, keep that in mind. That said, Simone was really accommodating of our group and took her time to make sure we didn’t feel rushed.

This experience was fantastic! The cousins have created a wonderful authentic Italian experience. Two of the cousins will meet you at the train station and walk with you back to the 'From Scratch' kitchen. Along the way you will get a history lesson on Frascati. Once at the kitchen you each have a station surrounding a large table. After tasting two of their wines, along with a little snack, you are guided step by step in the pasta making process. At the end you enjoy your homemade pasta along with a sauce of your choosing. We would highly recommend this activity. Frascati is a beautiful authentic little Italian town. It is a lovely break from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Thank you for a wonderful day!

This was my 2nd time here and I enjoyed it just as much this time w my daughter. They give you a welcoming, genuine environment. I don’t hesitate to recommend it to friends. The little town is adorable and it easy to take the train there.

Our pasta class experience in Italy was an absolute dream come true! It was the perfect tick off our bucket list, thanks to our fantastic host. From start to finish, the class was incredibly enjoyable and informative. Our host's expertise and passion for pasta shone through as they guided us through the intricate process of making authentic Italian pasta. We left feeling not only accomplished but also with a newfound appreciation for the art of pasta-making. Highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a fun and delicious way to immerse themselves in Italian culture!

Amazing experience, amazing pasta-teachers 😍 I am very happy that we chose this pasta class, it was our favorite rome experience.

Beautiful and unique concept! Would absolutely recommend doing this when visiting Rome for an authentic experience! Frascati as a town is worth visiting aswell, and we wouldn’t have got to see the town if it wasn’t for this! 10/10 :) Cheap and delicious wine as well if you would like to purchase more after the activity was finished.

Wonderful experience from start to finish! Our family enjoyed getting out of the busy city for a few hours and the weather was perfect to enjoy the views from Frascati. Frederica met us promptly at the station and the tour was perfect length of time to hear some of the history/see sites without the children (12, 10 and 8) getting bored! She made us all feel at ease very quickly and is clearly passionate about the family business. The restaurant was charming, wine delicious, and the pasta making so much fun… learning the proper Italian way :) we loved cooking alongside travellers from Austria and the USA and sharing stories over lunch (also delicious). Would highly recommend this experience! So glad we booked.

This was so much fun! Simona gave a beautiful tour and taught us how to make pasta. Nico was so helpful and indeed a pasta master. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Not to mention they have been producing wine for generations and their wine was absolutely delicious. A family run business and winery that definitely needs to be hyped up. Highly recommend this class when in Rome or in the area for delicious wine!

This is a must do in Rome! Our family had such a wonderful time tasting amazing wine and learning how to make fresh pasta. Nico is the best host you will find!

Giant museum with millions of things and we spent more than 25 minutes of the tour staring at three giant pictures of pictures we were about to see and a flip book. Less time on explaining the three items and more time in museum especially since you cant go back

Best thing we did in the Rome area. Lovely experience that was enjoyed by young adults as well as older. Don't hesitate. The price is fair. The transport from Rome is easy and cheap. The hosts meet you at the train station. You get a short orientation tour of the town, an explanation of the family cellar and town tunnels, the town WW2 experience, and the family wine-making business. Then you make and consume delicious pasta. On the way back to the train stop at the gelateria across from the church for awesome gelato to cap things off. You will not regret doing this.

Fantastic evening, highlight of our holiday! Thanks Nico for hosting a brilliant time and making us laugh with your great sense of humour! We made the yummiest pasta, had a great time doing so and enjoyed drinking wine and had a tour of the underground cave. The evening was so great that our group all went on to meet for drinks after the experience. Highly recommend! Thanks Dani and Marc
