Amazing... brilliant... awesome... fantastic... all of these and more. The boat was great, the food was great, everything was very well organised and efficient but at the same time a really friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The staff were terrific, very competent and informative and friendly (special mention for Simon and Phoebe). As for the snorkeling on the reef itself, it's hard to find words to describe how wonderful it is seeing the colours of the coral and the fishes so close. Overall, an unforgettable experience with a brilliant team, and great value. Nick North, Donegal, IrelandWe did a snorkelling day trip with Passions of Paradise and I could not recommend them enough! We did a snorkelling day trip with Passions of Paradise and I could not recommend them enough! The customer service of Phoebe was amazing, she was so enthusiastic and helpful in every way. On the way to the reef, Reef Master Russell did a presentation and it was so entertaining and funny, put everyone in a great mood. I cannot swim and was really anxious about the thought of snorkelling in the ocean. I joined the guided tours with Russell and thoroughly enjoyed every second of the experience. He made me feel very safe and comfortable, taking me around to all the good spots and telling me where to look and where. It was an incredible experience and I literally couldn’t not have done it without him. He was so informative as well. On the the way back to Cairns, Russell also did a marine biology presentation which was so interesting, entertaining and informative. It is so great to see someone so educated, enthusiastic and dedicated to their field. Lastly, the food and company of Vinnie the chef was amazing, also so much respect to him for preparing everything on board for all 70 passengers. The food was delicious and healthy. The whole experience was fantastic and we will be recommending Passions of Paradise to all our friends and family - young and not so young -. Thank you, and we will definitely be back!!
