When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight arrival details and full address of your centrally located Paris accommodation (zip codes 75001-75020). Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.
Price is per person, based on 8 adults per car/vehicle.

I’ve been using Viator for years, but sadly the service seems to be slipping. On an outward booking on April 11 from central Paris to CDG the pickup confirmation had the completely wrong time on it. I had to cancel the booking and rebook to get the right time. Worse was to come. On the return ...
I’ve been using Viator for years, but sadly the service seems to be slipping. On an outward booking on April 11 from central Paris to CDG the pickup confirmation had the completely wrong time on it. I had to cancel the booking and rebook to get the right time. Worse was to come. On the return journey on April 23, there was no shuttle to pick up the disbled passenger at CDG. When both he and I tried to ring the private shuttle service (Parishuttle), the line automatically clicked off. No voicemail, no nothing (it was late on a Sunday evening) Helpful staff at CDG got the disabled passenger to the taxi ran and helped him find a regular cab into Paris. I’ve just spent some time on the phone trying to negotiate a refund from Viator. Not easy! They say I’ll have to wait to be informed via email that I actually have a refund. Think twice before booking with this company.HollyAnne_P

This was the worst traveling experience of my entire life. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to use this service. The man was screaming at me, took photos of me sleeping, almost ran some over, it was hell on earth.

They send 4 confirmations and then never showed up. There is is nothing quite as irritating as leaving the terminal and seeing a million professional drivers and not a single one being yours. We called and they said they forgot. Forgot? How unprofessional can you be
