Cian was the best guide!! He taught us how to ride the Segway in less than 15 minutes and was knowledgeable of key sites. We would definitely do this again and would request Cian as our guide.

This was a great way to experience both travelling on a Segway and moving through Paris quickly and safely. Our guide Dennis was cautious, aware and thorough. He had a number of interesting anecdotes to share with us and his historical knowledge relevant to the places of interest we stopped was excellent. Good sence of humour too :-)

I love Fat Tire Tours - this Segway Tour was so fun to do our first morning in Paris - our tour guide was absolutely phenomenal. HIghly recommend.

One of the key advantages of this tour was that it was a small group. My two sons and I joined a group of four and a guide, Segwaying around the streets of Paris. It was great fun, and also quite leisurely and relaxed.

The tour started with 30 minutes spent training everyone to use the Segways. Everyone, of all ages, got the hang within a couple of minutes - it really is easy to use. We felt the instructor spent too long on training people one-by-one while everyone else had to wait and watch. This was boring, and a bit tortuous as we just wanted to get on the Segways to get used to them. However, once that was finished, we all had a good two hours to travel around the Eiffel Tower, cross the Seine river and view Les Invalides. My 19 and 16 year olds loved it, and so did I!

Ended up with a private tour for our family and had a great guide, Dennis, who was very knowledgeable and informative. We got to see more of the city with a fun mode of transportation.

Our tour guild Rory was very informative. Using Segway was easy and fun, we had a great experience. You walk a lot in Paris, so this was great to see so much with out walking!

We got Nick as our guide and it was an amazing tour even if it was cold and rainy! He knows a lot of information and happy to share it. The entire staff is super nice and the segways worked perfect.

For sure the best way to see Paris to start with. Eddie our guide was a wealth of knowledge and info. We loved it so much we booked the bike tour of Versailles with them the next day. Absolutely the best way to see Versailles.

This was such a fun experience! The Segways take a bit to get used to but anyone can do it and it gives you the freedom to see some great sights while rolling along. Our tour guide was informative and fun. It was a little intimidating being on sidewalks with pedestrians but we were treating like any other on-foot tourist. Loved it!

Kathleen was terrific. Very knowledgeable and super fun! We got to see so many places that we never would have fit into our schedule. The best part by far was all the background and history that Kathleen shared with us. Such a great tour!

Expert Segway tour...superb guides take you from insecurity to competence in a few minutes. Small group demanded by nature of Segway perfect for core tour of Arsenal, Tour Eiffel grounds, etc. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO SEE ANY OLD WORLD CAPITAL...segway glides over cobblestones very safely. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR YOUNG AND OLD.

Beyond fabulous! Our first time on a Segway and it was so easy and natural. Our guide LeeAnne was so wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable!! Would absolutely do it again.

We had Santiago as our tour guide for a father and his 14 year old son. Great fun, perfect pace, learned a ton and it was a perfect introduction to the city, setting us up nicely for our next few days.

A fun way to see a lot of the city. Guide very informative and helpful.

This was our second segway tour. We were not prepared for the cold, but our guide was informative and helpful. We quit a little early, but no one in our group was going to complain because of the cold and we made it into the building with seconds to spare before the downpour of rain began. This is a great way to see a little of the city and avoid the long walks! Our teenagers loved it and so did we!

Excellent. We're Segway veterans, we take Segway tours in every city we visit if available. I'll list Pros and a couple TINY cons:

- EASY check-in and registration
- Great directions to the tour operator
- Great sites, saw some cool things in Paris with some nice photo stop
- Great working condition Segways
- Terrific tour guide - Sophie!

1 I think you can improve your training process. As experienced riders, nothing bothered us. But there were several complete beginners on our tour, and they needed more practice time than what they got. The training curriculum was good getting on, off, starts, stops, turning, etc. The deficiency starts after that - the beginners should be allowed to remain on the segway while the other riders are all being trained. This would give them more time to practice the skills they just learned and get more comfortable. The complete beginners on our tour basically had to start over when they could finally get back on their Segway. We had 1 VERY close call with a car, and one crash from the beginner and I'm convinced with as a little as 10 minutes additional practice time, that would have been avoided.

2 I'd like to see more photo op stops.

Overall, you will NOT be disappointed with this tour and I highly recommend it. But if you're a total beginner, be patient because you may not get as much practice time as I think you really should have.

Any tour is only as good as the leader and Tony was excellent. A very knowledgeable guy about the history of France and Paris though he wasnt from there. The Segways are a fun way to tour a cit6 as you get to see a lot of sights in a short amount of time. We were also lucky that the whole tour consisted just of our family so it was virtually a private tour.

Fantastic, great way to see the city.

It was fun navigating through parts of Paris on a Segway. Everyone received training and practice before we headed out. The group size was quite manageable. Our tour guide, Dave, shared history, pointed out highlights and was entertaining.

A ton of fun with great knowledge of the sites we visited. So cool for my 13 and 15 year old kids to ride Segways around Paris, whether you had seen the sites before or not. On wheels it was a very unique and fun experience. Great service and guide.
