Wrong voucher, wrong pick-up point
Initially, they sent me a wrong voucher for Paris City Pass, with a wrong pick-up point, and the GetYourGuide smartphone application didn't work, it didn't open my voucher, so I have to print it. So, first I went to wrong pick-up point, at Paris City Hall, will all the baggages, for nothing. After I have called them, they send me the correct pick-up point, at Lafayette Galleries in Paris. For this reason,I have lost almost a day from the 4 in the pass, not to mention all the stress. I don't recommend.

Fake
Fake card and metro pass sent to me: neither worked at museums or metro. Instructions misleading as they mentioned stopping by in once in Paris to pick up pass but I assumed that what they sent me was ready to go and legit. Now out $140+ USD: never again

Pass Paris moyen
Dommage......

man muss genau rechnen....

Alles drin
In diesem Paket ist alles drin, was man braucht.

Confusing differences between your pass and Paris pass
Couldn’t enter the opera without the guided tour, was a big line for tickets, eventually we missed the tour. Few days later we came back, the office was closed so we bought tickets for the visit. need to book the Notre-Dame going up the stairs. Eventually we didn’t do that too. entrece to white train at Monmantre was not free.
