they said that the weather did not permit the activity and they would call to reschedule but did not, I called them and got someone who barely spoke English and I asked for a refund and all they said was "okay" but nothing else had been communicated with us for days via phone or email.

We weren’t able to do parasailing because of the wind, but we were refunded the cost in full in less than 24 hours. We’re appreciative that this happened without the normal hassle of getting a refund. We will definitely use them again! Thank you for being a reputable excursion group

Driver did not show up. Appointment was for 2:30. Waited in the lobby from 2:20 to 2:40. He said he tried to call and write, but who carries there phone when they are about to go over

Excellent adventure with Alex from taking us from are resort to parasailing.Most definitely worth the experience

Didn't happen. No pickup. We called and they said they'd send a driver. Forty minutes later we were told to meet the driver at the gate. Turns out he wasn't licensed? By the time we got there, he was fighting with Security and pulled out a baseball bat. We moved away. He beckoned us to get in. We declined. Called the company. They wanted us to go with the driver. For two hours of our valuable vacation time they strung us along regarding another ride. They wanted us to reschedule. We couldn't. Then they wanted us to lie and say it was canceled because of high winds. This was a surprise for my husband for a milestone birthday. The whole trip was planned around this excursion. Huge disappointment. You are not to be trusted if you contract with vendors who send thugs to pick up visitors in foreign countries. First and last time with Viator.

My wife was very sick and we tried to cancel but they haven't replied back to us. We did not go on the parasailing excursion and we're looking for our money back.

I did not get to do this excursion. No one showed up to pick me up from the resort even though I was emailing them and messaging them through the Viator app. My husband in the US made the call for me since I couldn’t make phones calls in DR. He gave them my name and confirmation number I have a picture of and still said I wasn’t on their list. Then they told him to have me be ready at 4 instead of the original purchase time 2:30. Still no one showed up. Currently waiting for a refund and still concern I will not receive it. I will book with Expedia since I have never had an issue with anything. I don’t know why I tried Viator smh.

Had a little bit of a hiccup getting to this excursion but the company figured it out. We got some extra time in the air as well.

Had a blast, wish we went a little higher and then lower to dip feet in water. Other than that, great time, would recommend highly!

Great experience 🪂 ❤️ Our driver Mike who picked us up from the hotel was really friendly and informative. We then got collected by a small boat on shore and then taken to a really nice/smart/new speed boat where we all took it in turns to parasail. This was very special for me as I managed to scatter some of my dads ashes over the waters where I had previously been with my family 26 years ago 🥰 - The photographer forgot to take pictures of us as he was busy on board sorting something out so we were allowed to go up a second time! Thank you so much for helping make this a special experience ❤️🪂🌏

Alex was our driver and he was an AMAZING host! Felt very safe going and returning to my hotel. Parasailing was very fun I was nervous but really enjoyed myself!!

During our trip to Punta Cana, our large group of about 25 people booked this parasailing experience and everyone had a great time! The views while you're in the sky are incredible. Some of us were nervous, but realized it was a lot less scary than it seemed. Our group ranged from people in their early 20's to parents in their 60's and everyone loved it. Our guide Alex did a wonderful job welcoming us, coordinating the large group, and making sure we were having a good time. Would highly recommend this experience!

I was never picked up for the excursion and I waited an hour and half past the pickup time. Reached out to owner and they never responded or answered text.

I recommend all to try this once in a lifetime experience and you will not be disappointed. We had a great time. The company was great as well, explained everything in details and kept you safe.

The service was excellent. My tour guide was kind enough to reschedule for my convenience. The photographer showed me the pictures with no commitment and they were definitely worth the purchase. Customer service was excellent. Looking forward to booking more things with this company.
