Ok the tour was cancelled due to wind and I 100% understand this but.... There was never contact with a pickup date or location until I contacted them and even then they could not find my reservation at first. Also they are not allowed to pick you up at the hotel lobby because they are not recog...
Ok the tour was cancelled due to wind and I 100% understand this but.... There was never contact with a pickup date or location until I contacted them and even then they could not find my reservation at first. Also they are not allowed to pick you up at the hotel lobby because they are not recognized as a "safe company" by the resorts so you have to go to the road for pickup. And finally after being told it was cancelled we never received a refund.
