Paint a Metal Miniature
Overview
When you arrive we will give you a live demonstration on how we Cast (make) a metal model.
Now the fun begins as you can now watch us make the model of your chooseing. You can choose the mould you want us to cast for you (e.g. toy soldier, cavalry, ballerina, fairy, Castle & Fairy doors etc). Once your model is casted you then visit our creative corner, choose your colours and just start painting your model.
Once you have finished painting, you take your masterpiece home.
Suitable for adults and children over 7 years of age.

What to expect
Staff cast with liquid metal in a hard rubber mould that the customer chooses from a list and then the customer paints the primed version of that figure with acrylics at the visitor center and keep it as a souvenir of your visit.

Visited with three (11,9,7) was kids people children who loved it. My husband is a bit of a history buff who really enjoyed the Battle of Waterloo exhibit. It’s very impressive. The kids loved painting their die cast models and additional fairy door. Never seen them so quiet! The lady we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. We were definitely nearer the 2hr mark and came away with our own toy soldiers and fairy doors. Great way to spend an afternoon.We heard about the toy soldier factory from some friends, so we decided to go there some day. The area it was in is quite beautiful, and it was a sunny day when we went there. We heard about the toy soldier factory from some friends, so we decided to go there some day. The area it was in is quite beautiful, and it was a sunny day when we went there. Inside there was an amazing battle scene of The battle of Waterloo, and they even said it was the biggest model battle scene in the world! PLUS they had a video of how the battle went. The toy soldier factory is the only one in Europe! It was the best day out ever!!! Archer aged 10Lots of fun seeing how the figurines were made and the quiet painting time was a nice change for me after lots of running around sightseeing.

We all loved it and even bought some kits to bring some of the fun home. Couldn't recommend it highly enough for people of all ages.
