The company seemed to have a lot of knowledge and be really passionate about the film. I loved the added bonus of an affordable bar on the bus! Thanks to Franz also for his trustworthy bus driving. Those mountain roads seemed difficult to negotiate! .... Go on, leave your pride at the bus stop, grab a mini bottle of sparkling wine and sing a long to the hills are alive at the top of your voice 😊😊 ..... enjoy!!This was great!! We bundled our walking tour of Salzburg and the Sound of Music bus tour. Highly recommend the walking tour to get a feel of this complex and historical city. Tour was casual and very informative so that we could later walk the city on our own to focus in the areas we had more interest. The bus tour for the Sound of Music was way to enjoy the great musical with 60 other musical fanatics! Great fun singing the tunes and reminiscing about the show! Only stop at a couple actual sites but it’s all about the experience!I must say that this 4 hours of Sound of Music tour was worth every bit of it...it was made special by April Meadow ( I believe that's what her family name is). She was fantastic and made all three of us including my daughter get transposed to the sets of Sound of Music and made us feel all the r...
I must say that this 4 hours of Sound of Music tour was worth every bit of it...it was made special by April Meadow ( I believe that's what her family name is). She was fantastic and made all three of us including my daughter get transposed to the sets of Sound of Music and made us feel all the relevant scenes of the film...she sang and made us sing some of the songs and I am very sure no one had a full moment...my daughter and my wife was thrilled to say the least...we can come come.back again to do another tour just for Panaroma Tours and especially for April. Its lovely and highly recommended...We had a perfect day in Salzburg. The walking tour with Eric was a great intro to the City. However, the Sound of Music tour was just AMAZAING!!! Our guide Peter was just hilarious. Probably best tour guide ever. Don’t miss the strudel with vanilla sauce at the last stop.

Don’t miss the strudel with vanilla sauce at the last stop.Despite the rain during the walking tour we gleaned a lot of information and the guide was a wonderful senior gent in traditional costume. The SoM tour was very entertaining due to our animated young female guide who set the scene in her traditional costume.
