This is the rare sort of tour where the level of personalization and insider knowledge demands someone who has the Oregon coast in their bloodline. Charlie Royster *is* that guide. We spent six hours with him and the warm and friendly Lisa, learning more about the unique flora of the coast and ht ehistory of the area. Charlie makes you feel like family, pointing out locations and adding local stories that makes the area vividly come alive. He took us to Drift Creek Falls, and had packed water and snacks. He showed us Munson Creek Falls, took us along the Three Capes Scenic Route, pointed out hidden gems such as the sitka spruce Octopus tree and only-locals-know secret beaches and got us back in one piece with our imagination aflame. Highly recommend and hope to see him again next time we're back!DayTrip751917
