I was a bit nervous to go on this tour, because living on a houseboat for three days in the jungle is definitely outside of my comfort zone, but it exceeded all of my expectations. The boat was large and comfortable, the food was amazing and there was plenty of it, and the wildlife tours were incredible-our tour guide was so knowledgable, and knew everyone we ran in to. I can't recommend this highly enough. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, all of the logistics were covered and we had a good time. There was no air conditioning on the boat, but while traveling the breeze was nice and I wasn't overly uncomfortable. There was a shower and toilet, and a charger for your phone or devices (although no service once we got far enough into the jungle.)Ben T

I refused to board the first ship they delivered because it did not match any of the descriptions and pictures on this agency's website. The second ship was better, at least in the bow of the ship were deck chairs to relax on (the first one has cheap plastic garden chairs), but it was full of hug...
I refused to board the first ship they delivered because it did not match any of the descriptions and pictures on this agency's website. The second ship was better, at least in the bow of the ship were deck chairs to relax on (the first one has cheap plastic garden chairs), but it was full of huge cockroaches. The were everywhere and it is sign of poor cleanliness as other tourists claomed that they do not have them on the boat. The boat had a small and rather neglected shower and mini kitchen, so in part the meals were prepared in the corridor in front of the toilet. This agency was the most expensive compared to the others, but the quality of accomodations was definitely lower. During the 3-day cruise we saw the other boats (for same or lower price) that were more spacious and better equipped, with better mosquito nets, etc. So I recommend everyone else a different agency because they anyway hire the guides and boats, so unless the quality is watched by the agency, you have no quarantee of waht you get and you are able to compare it onloy once you get on the river and to the feeding stations, where you can also listen to the other tour guides. Our guide was fine as well as the captain of the ship, but I didn't order a crew with a baby, so the morning waking up by child shouting bothered me and it wasn't fair for me to pay the ship only for myself and my grown-up son and then have to listen to a three-year-old child. Odmítla jsem nastoupit na první loď, kterou agentura přistavila, protože neodpovídala žádnému z popisů a obrázků na webových stránkách této agentury. Druhá loď byla lepší, alespoň v přídi lodi byly lehátka k odpočinku (první měla jen levné plastové zahradní židle, které nešli ani polohovat), ale byla plná obrovských švábů. Byli všude a je to známka špatné čistoty, protože ostatní turisté, kterých jsme se na stanovištích krmení ptali, tvrdili, že šváby na lodi nemají. Loď měla malou a poněkud zanedbanou sprchu a hrozně malou kuchyň, takže zčásti byla jídla připravována na chodbě před záchodem. Tato agentura byla nejdražší ve srovnání s ostatními, ale kvalita ubytování byla rozhodně nižší. Během třídenní plavby jsme viděli další lodě jiných agentury, které jsme také před odjezdem zvažovali (za stejnou nebo nižší cenu), které byly prostornější a lépe vybavené, s lepšími moskytiérami atd. Takže všem doporučuji jinou agenturu, protože agentury si průvodce a některé lodě najímají, takže pokud agentura nebude sledovat kvalitu, nemáte žádnou záruku, že ji získáte, a můžete ji porovnat, až když se dostanete na řeku a ke krmícím stanicím, kde si také můžete poslechnout výklad dalších průvodců. Náš průvodce byl v pořádku, stejně jako kapitán lodi, ale neobjednala jsem si posádku s dítětem, takže ranní buzení dětských křikem mne obtěžovalo a zklamalo. Nebylo spravedlivé, abych zaplatila platit loď pouze pro sebe a mého dospělého syna, a pak na dovolené musela na lodi poslouchat tříleté dítě.andresqs

We had a great time with Vonny and crew during our 2 day stay in the park. Despite the fact that Vonny has somewhat limited English, he communicates well enough and went the extra mile to find orangutans and other monkeys for us. We saw orangutans, one gabon, probiscous monkeys, forest monkeys, large flying bats, one monitor lizard, tarantulas and wild boars, among other insects. The food was very good and was actually way too much! Overall a wonderful experience. Recommended. Note: Waking up to the sound of gabons in the early morning in the Borneo jungle is an unforgettable experience.
