Horrible, ran away from this tour operator and tour while you still can. We prepaid the tour, had our credit card charged the full amount, and received a confirmation email. The day before we received another mail about our upcoming tour with all of the details. You think that would mean we were good to go right? Wrong. The morning of the tour the operator never showed up. We tried to call with the number provided but it was disconnected. Thinking maybe it was something with my US cell phone in France we had the hotel try to call. The receptionist tried both from the local landline and her personal local cell phone with the same result. We called Viator. They tried to call the operator with the same result, the line was disconnected. Viator tried to call twice and sent two emails. I than tried to contact the operator through the Viator app with no success. I also tried through their direct website. Never got an answer and they never showed up despite having confirmed and charged my card. Given the disconnected phone line and the lack of replies to any other attempts to contact I can only assume this is a scam company. We were in a small hotel in Normandy with a private driveway. We sit in front of the only entry from 10 minutes before pick up until an hour after the time (while trying aggressively to reach the tour company). There was no way the guide could have entered the grounds or building without walking right past us, and no one ever did. The hotel receptionist had helped us try to reach the company so if the guide had somehow gotten past us and asked at the desk she would have easily pointed them to us. If you want a tour company that will confirm your tour but fail to show up this is your company. However, if you want someone that will actually show up and perform the services you paid for and give you the tour you paid for I'd highly suggest you look somewhere else. Viator did agree to refund my money later that day but no one ever heard from the tour operator themselves with an explanation, apology, or anything else.Booked a private day tour with Duncan for our cruise port day in June. Paid in full. Cruise was canceled and heard NOTHING from Duncan about a refund of any kind after repeated emails. Had to file a claim with my credit card company for a refund. Not reputable. What a scam.

What an excellent tour! As a group from HMS Queen Elizabeth on a development visit to Normandy, we wanted an in depth tour of key sites. Duncan did not dissapoint! We were greeted at our accommodation by Duncan and his wife and privately transported to various sites that was bespoke to what we wanted to see whilst on the tour. His passion and knowledge of these sites was very impressive. The tour felt personal and we all learnt a vast amount.Do NOT a book this. Guide never shows, no on answers the number and then it turns out the company has gone under.
