You can experience local dishes of Okinawa and Japanese cuisine including sushi.
Use fresh ingredients from the market. It is a real feast for the five senses, and of course there will be samples on the way.
Next, I go to a local shop, learn about Japanese kitchen utensils and accompaniment, and then visit a shrine (if I have time).
