Enjoy a 3 hours tour with an informative guide to visit the popular Neuschwanstein Castle (the inspiration for Disney castle).

You are picked up at Hohenschwangau village. First, we take the shuttle bus to Mary’s Bridge (Marienbrücke) for some amazing pictures.
Then we walk to Neuschwanstein (the fairy tale castle) with a tour inside. Know more about the Swan King (Ludwig II) king of Bavaria (1864-1886). And the history of Neuschwanstein Castle (built 1869-1886). Afterward, from the castle’s foot, we take a horse carriage to Hohenschwangau village. Emir, our guide, was delightful. He provided great tips to enjoy our tour inside the castle. Mary’s Bridge was closed but Emir made certain we were still able to see it and enjoy alternate spectacular views.

Guide was very knowledgeable and gave very detailed instructions. It was unfortunate that notification of no shuttle busses wasn’t explained before because I believe some people needed it but the guide arranged carriage up instead of down

Our guide, Amir was friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about the history of the monarchy, castles, etc. He treated us as his guests rather than customers. Recommend a tour here as it’s not easy to navigate all the regulations, etc
