We will travel to the mythical Kingdom of Agamemnon, where one of the most brilliant cultures of Greek prehistory, the Mycenaean civilization, developed

We will head to the Lions Gate, the monumental entrance of the palaces.

Stop At: Cyclopean Wall, Outside Argostoli, Argostolion 281 00 Greece
Next, we will see the Cyclopean walls around the Acropolis, and the tholos tombs of Atreus and Clytemnestra’s, which are all must-see attractions for lovers of the ancient world

Stop At: The Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, Epidavros 210 52 Greece
We continue the tour to ancient Epidaurus, where we explore the ancient theatre of one of the most famous archaeological monuments in Greece. We will also visit the Asclepieion of Epidaurus, which was the centre of healing serious diseases for the whole of ancient Greece

We had a lovely ride through the countryside of the southeastern Peloponnese. The visits to both Mycenae and Epidavros were very informative and enlightening. Both sites have quite a history. Our driver was not a guide, so we were left to our own to read the many descriptive posters, which was fine. A great journey.Die beiden Orte waren höchst eindrucksvoll und wunderbar gelegen. Die in Epidaurus dazu gebuchte Führung war exzellent informativ und charmant individuell. Dazu kam die Bustour in einem perfekt ausgestatteten 15-Sitzer mit einem freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Fahrer. Exzellent!
Die beiden Orte waren höchst eindrucksvoll und wunderbar gelegen. Die in Epidaurus dazu gebuchte Führung war exzellent informativ und charmant individuell. Dazu kam die Bustour in einem perfekt ausgestatteten 15-Sitzer mit einem freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Fahrer. Exzellent!We paid for a tour, and just got transportation. A real rip-off. We also really appreciated the flexibility of not being on a bus with 30 other people and only having an exact amount of time at each site. We were able to spend more at the ones we liked, and less elsewhere. Highly recommend them!
