No large bags or suitcases are allowed inside the museum, only handbags or small thin bag packs are allowed through security. Due to increased security measures at many attractions some lines may form on tours with 'Skip the Line' or 'No Wait' access. Daniel was an incredible guide! Highly recommend this tour. We got a deeply informed history about the artists and the museum's itself. There were only five people on the tour and despite it being a very busy day at the d'Orsay, it was also easy to hear and understand the guide throughout.

I knew i would enjoy the art more if i knew more about it, but i never imagined how mesmerized my teenage daughters would be by the stories Lily connected with the works we saw. Our guide Marcel did a wonderful job. Our group included three generations and Marcel shared engaging stories about the artwork that both educated and entertained the whole group. Also, we toured on a Thursday evening when the museum was pleasantly quiet.
