The jeep tour is highly recommended for those wanting to see the sunrise from Mount Batur but doesn’t like hiking! We made the best decision ever! Our driver Komang Yudi, took us safely to the location where we then met by Soma who was tour guide. It’s a rocky road so sit tight and enjoy the ride. When we reached our location, Soma provided with us a hearty breakfast. We were able to sit on top of the jeep and have some beautiful views. Soma helped to take our photos and we cannot thank him enough! After sunrise, we made our way to the Black Lava and Soma gave us a beautiful description as to why the location is of significance to the citizens of Bali. Soma took care of us from start to finish and we would highly recommend him to others who wish to take on this beautiful tour! It was definitely worth loosing sleep for! Everything which is mentioned in the itinerary is included in the price including the ‘entrance fee’ to the village where Mount Batur is located.
