Arrived at a destination 15 minutes early, contacted the tour guide to clarify a meeting point. But never received a response. Walked around and asked around, and I was there for 45 minutes. After about an hour trying to find the bus to Serravelle with no luck had to use services of another company(which I found out was cheaper, had clear meeting points and were responsive) When I explained the situation to the service providers couldn’t get a refund. I would recommend tourists to use other companies.Enjoyed the trip To the mall. Super pontual and transportation was safe and clean. Will go again in my next trip To milan
