During our scheduled winetasting we make taste to our guests the selection of our best lables and we always include a tour of the winery Cellar, we introduce in English our Winery and main vinification techniques.
Winetasting of a selection of 5 labels, will be reinforced with light lunch composed by cold cuts, cheeses, bruschette with extravergin olive oil.
Guided tastings include an explanation of the main winemaking techniques in English and a visit to the winery and cellar !!
Our company philosophy is to continue to focus on the production of quality wines, to make them known throughout export in all the world, also thanks to wine tastings directly in the winery, where our goal is to involve our clients and let them live an emotional experience, to discover the history, the various stages of processing, the traditional methods of winemaking that bring fruits of vineyards into a glass of wine …

- During Winetasting we will introduce you all characteristics of the products and our main grapes
- Our vineyards are extended for 14.50 hectares of which 7.25 are cultivated for the production of Vernaccia di San Gimignano white grapes and 7.25 hectares for the Chianti Colli Senesi and San Gimignano DOC.
- Our main wines produced exclusively from grapes grown in our vineyards in San Gimignano are:
- Vernaccia di S. Gimignano Traditional Docg
- Vernaccia di S. Gimignano Riserva - "Isabella" (matured in barrels for about 24 months)
- Chianti Colli Senesi Docg (100% Sangiovese selection)
- San Gimignano Rosso Doc - Botticello" (Sangiovese Selection 70% + 30% Merlot and Syrah, aging in oak barrels for about 2 years, bottle aging for a minimum of 18 months)
- Vinsanto San Gimignano Doc (fermentation in barrels and caratelli of 100 liters for 4 years, aging in bottle for at least 18 months)
- We also produce an excellent Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil with very high quality and limited production (acidity 0.1% only first pressing, cold pressing method)
- At the end of Wine Tour you will visit our Wine Store where you can choose also to buy wines and oil at special discounted price!
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- May be operated by a multi-lingual guide
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required

An excellent wine tour and tasting paired with local bread, oil, cheeses and salamis. Our guide was very informative and patient with our many questions. Only feedback would be a small walk to the edge of the nearest vineyard patch could be a good addition to see the grapes and how they're grown ...

Hi everyone! I and my partner have visited San Quirico last weekend and it’s a definitely recommend experience! The vineyard hides many secrets, but the lady who showed us around willingly shared the story about the place and process of production. We were warmly welcomed and we are very pleased!

We booked the tour for 12.00 and we were the only two attending at that moment, meaning we had a private tour. Our guide was very friendly and told the story well. Afterwards, we tasted multiple wines with corresponding food. Great tour!

Non è il primo tour in cantina che abbia fatto e proprio per questo posso affermare che è stato eccezionale. Luigi sa accogliere, coinvolgere e trasmettere la passione per il vino e per l'azienda per cui lavora. TOP! Non lo consiglio, lo propongo come tappa obbligatoria per chi passa di qua :)
