Jamal and Omar were great. Jamal was informative and helpful. Omar was fun and thoughtful. And of course, the desert was magical. My only recommendation is to book the regular tour (start and end in the same city) because it is much better value and you stay with the full group and guides.

Jamal and Omar were great. I was a little hesitant to head into the desert, but they made us feel welcome and safe. They were a lot of fun and made the experience memorable. I would recommend booking a tour with Marrakesh City Life. I would request Jamal and Omar as your guide. They met all of our needs and didn't push us to any tourist traps to buy things. They focused on making our experience to the desert memorable.I've done a number of exceptional tours around the world, but this one is now the best I have ever had. I've done a number of exceptional tours around the world, but this one is now the best I have ever had. The days were packed with sights and activities I will never forget. My travel companions and I agreed that we all felt this tour was worth 3x the money, but as a younger person on a budget, how amazing they made all of this accessible for such an affordable number of memorable experiences. It was packed with incredible things I didn't even realize would be included, and yet I felt on vacation all the while with how we were never rushed --the attentive detail and organization, the way we were always informed and safe (total peace of mind) couldn't have been improved. A special thank you to Heshan, our guide. I didn't expect to get to learn so much about this countries history and it's way of life when I came here, but it was so fascinating-- I got a comprehensive understanding of who Morocans are and why made easy to understand. Heshan knew a thorough yet simple answer to probably over a hundred questions I posed to him...he could be one of those history professors you'd never forget! (: Due to him this tour was equally impressive to me with it's packed information as it was in experiences and that is saying a lot, having camped in the Sahara and explored it's dunes for the first time, on and on. --I had fallen and badly hurt my foot before coming to Morocco, and Heshan (also some others along the way) did everything in his power to make my experience as good as it otherwise would have been... What a gentleman. I don't know if I have ever had more help with an injury while traveling. So greatful this tour even exists and was exactly what it is, perfectly unforgettable, no joke. I will be coming back to Morocco.I could tell you a lot about this trip but you really... REALLY should experience it by yourself! It has been a perfect time seeing Marocco that you won't be able to see and experience any other way. And Jamal, if you read this, happy birthday with your daughter! 😊
