We recently had a private cooking class with Patrizia. She was warm and welcoming from our first meeting in the piazza. She first took us to some shops near her home to buy ingredients for our class. We then cooked with her in her cozy loft and made the most delicious dishes. Patrizia is very knowledgeable and talented on all things wine, food and Sicilian. We definitely feel as if we have made a new friend in Sicily.Great experience. Patrizia was a wonderful guide and host. All the meals we made and tasted were delicious. A experience we would gladly do again. Highly recommend both the cooking class and private chef/dinner options if you visit Palermo.
