Highly recommend taking this tour. Our guide Edgah was super, couldn't ask for a better guide through the forest. Spotted iguanas, monkeys, sloth with a baby, bats, snakes - a Fer-de-lanc!, a frog, birds, crabs. He was excellent at providing further information about the animals, trees and plants. Took time to ask a fellow guide one of my questions which he wasn't sure the exact answer to. Ensured us and the other couple on the tour could get great photos. An all out awesome guy, made our walk feel calm, fun and informative. Muchas gracias! Tip - either stay in the park at the end to take advantage of the beaches. Or if you wander back to the cars, you're provided with fresh fruits and a small sandwich - a really nice touch. Highly recommend the restaurant across the way to the entrance - Donde Alex - for lunch. Cheap, big portions, tasty and all the tour guides seemed to eat there.Jorge was amazing! We learned so much about the park and the animals that lived in it. He saw animals so small from far away that without him, we'd walk thru without seeing much besides monkeys. Would definitely recommend!

Our guide Edgar was extremely passionate and knowledgeable about the animals and plants within Manuel Antonio Park. He helped us spot many different animals such as: sloths, toucans, monkeys, iguanas, lizards, snakes, frogs and birds. At the end of the 2.5hr tour you are able to stay within the park and head to the beautiful beach which we would highly recommend doing.
