When you are on Mallorca, in the Balearic Islands, head out on this guided sightseeing day trip to discover the beauty of the island. Get comfortable aboard an air-conditioned coach and while your guide explains interesting facts about the island, enjoy spectacular views of the Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage-listed mountain range.
Admire breathtaking views of the rock formations on the west coast of Mallorca as you head down a windy road to La Calobra. Here, have free time to explore the village, grab a snack in one of the small cafes around the port (own expense) or relax by the beach.
Next, board a boat for your boat ride to Port Soller. During the 40-minute trip, and see how the high cliffs, rock formations and the blue and green colors of the water create a wonderful scene. When you arrive in Port Soller, if the time allows it enjoy free time to wander around the beautiful village, visit the historical port and have lunch (own expense) at one of the numerous restaurants while viewing the backdrop scenery of the Tramuntana.
Continue your tour with a short trip on a tram to the village of Soller, located 1.8 miles (3 km) inland from Port Soller. When you arrive, follow your guide on a short walking tour around the village, and then board a wooden carriage train to Son Reus, on the outskirts of Palma de Mallorca. Relax on the vintage train and enjoy the views of olive trees, farms and the Soller Valley on the way; it’s a train journey that has remained almost intact since the train's first journey in the 1910s.
When you get off the train at Son Reus, board your vehicle and enjoy the green landscape on the drive back to your hotel.

We had perfect weather for this trip and it was excellent. It was a great way to see a lot of the island. However, If the weather is bad, this will make it a long day.
We had a full day tour “Mallorca in One Day Sightseeing Tour with Boat Ride and Vintage Train”. We walked a couple of blocks for the pickup in a nice bus. We stopped in Inca for ½ hour. There was nothing to do, but a grocery store. We bought coffee and snacks and a Spanish magazine for our daughter. Then we headed toward Lluc and stopped at a lake, Panta de Gorg Blau. We backtracked a few miles and started down Ma-2141 a dead end crazy windy road with a cliff straight up on one side and straight down on the other. We loved this drive! After about 30 windy miles we ended up at Sa Calobra, a small area with cafes for lunch and a hike through the mountain to a secluded beach. We caught a boat for a ride up the coast to Port de Soller. This was a beautiful bay with a yacht harbor and very nice beach. Here we caught a trolley to Soller. After gelato and church visits, we boarded a vintage train back to Palma. We had a 9:10p flight and made it in plenty of time. This was a beautiful tour.
The venues were beautiful and the tour itself was very interesting with a very animated and knowledgeable guide.
The tour was beautiful full of different scenes, our guid Mr. Josef was excellent man , excellent different languages, this a lot to him, the tour was very organized snd the most important that there was enough free time to enjoy the places not like most of other tours, it is highly recommended one , do not miss it
This tour was a ton of fun and allowed us to visit several areas outside the main city of Palma.
We did not want to rent a car, but wanted to have a day to explore another area of the island. This tour was perfect. Our guide was informative and helpful.
This is a great way to see this beautiful island. Very well organized and lots of fun, Bus ride to highest peak is full of winding turns and breathtaking views. Boat ride from port Soller was wonderful. Then tram to train to finish the trip. Highly recommend if you only have one day to spend in Mallorca!
The trip was a really fantastic way to see the mountains of Mallorca! We were given a bit of time to explore in La Calobra and Port de Soller, which are beautiful parts of the island. During the stop in La Calobra, make sure to take a walk to Torrent de Pareis. You can take beautiful pictures there. The only thing I would change is to have a bit of time to explore the town of Soller in between the tram from the Port and the train back to Palma. I also wish there was one or two other stops during the drive down the mountain for photo opportunities. I would definitely recommend that you bring a lunch if you are going on this trip because the food in La Calobra where we were given time for lunch was very expensive! Overall, our tour guide was great and knew a lot about the island. We had a really great time.
Itinerary had to be amended due to bad weather and the pass being closed due to snow! However, Pepe, the guide rearranged and we went to Valdemossa which is lovely.Still managed a boat trip which was choppy
The tram and train rides had fabulous views
Wow! What a wonderful and fun filled day! Everything, the bus ride, boat ride, tram and train ride, were informative and timely. It's a beautiful area and the guide did an excellent job of giving the history and culture of the area.
A great day was had by myself and my husband. Catalina, our guide, was fabulous and very entertaining, as well as knowledgeable. Our driver Fernando was excellent given some of the bends he had to endure in the mountains.
I would highly recommend this trip and the excursion company No Frills Excursions. Would definitely use again.
I could go on and on about this day, let's just say don't miss this tour. So relaxing, scenic with unforgettable beauty. There are not too many ways better than this to spend a day.......anywhere! Thank you, Jim and Grace Lachman
It was fantastic from beginning to end! our guide was very informative and we visited most of the island. loved going from bus to ancient train to tram to boat and back to bus. beautiful countryside and loved our lunch stop via boat . couldn't believe the mountains and was thankful we were on a tour and not trying to drive the roads on our own. would highly recommend this as the tour to take if you have never been to mallorca !!!
fantastic trip were you see a lot of the island. beautiful mountains and coves. excellent value for money
great day out wonderful tour, magnificent views
If you have the time to do just one tour this has to be it ! Sebastian and Alexander as guide and driver were outstanding. The scenery breathtaking, really, truly breathtaking. The opportunities for photos etc. , amazing. The seatrip past the limestone sea cliffs great to experience as was the ride on the tram and train. Great day out, don't miss it!
Flott tur.

This tour is amazing.. I really enjoyed every trips...
Very interesting tour, a very full day with a good guide.
The guide can speak four different language, it is soooooo sweet!
Absolutely amazing! You can't ask more from this tour. Covered the most beautiful place in Mallorca, the places where I won't normally go. The best trip and you must take this one when your trip. :
Beautiful scenic and relaxing
Suoer day out. Event staff were excellent, The weather helped but some amazing scenery with time to enjoy some lovely spots. Brian
ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT - WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Brilliant day out - we saw lots of parts of the island that we would not have visited without this trip. It was cheaper to book while still in the UK before we went than it would have been to book on the island. A really full day from about 8.30 until 5pm which was well organised and our tour guide was superb - speaking to everyone in their native language and explaing what we were doing/seeing and some of the history behind the transport and places. Ideal for all ages.
Good tour with varied modes of transport. Great scenery.
Our only gripe was that pick-up instructions were too imprecise. If you live there it is obvious where the pick-up point is, but not otherwise. Also we did not know what coach to look out for so the process gets a little fraught.
Great experience. We had fun and the countryside, especially the coast line was fantastic. The weather was lousy on our day but we stilled enjoyed it.
Superbly well organised. An excellent way to see the wide variety of Mallorca scenery and the famous Mallorcan loop with only a small amount of walking. I have recommended it widely.
Breathtaking views. Disappointed that we didn't know there would be two hours of free time where we could go to the beach. We would have brought bathing suits and towels if we had known. It should be mentioned in the description of the tour. The leather store was also a disappointment.
