Brian was very knowledgeable. Amazing guide. Food/restaurant choices were amazing and highlighted Spanish cuisine. Highly recommend.

It was actually very good, except for the fact that we stood around a lot. Suggestion would be to move into the shade when talking ,or a place where we could sit and listen, or even move more and share information at various stops. One stop for ten minutes was a lot of standing.

Pedro was best food your guide we’ve ever had. The food, drinks and portions were beyond expectations. We cannot recommend him high enough.

What an excellent way to get to know Madrid and Pedro was the best tour guide for the job. He knows the best local places and provided the best history lessons of Spain and its capital. Food at each spot was AMAZING and in most cases were the only tourists. Agree with the recommendation to take this tour early during your visit as you can get great recommendations and go for lunch.

We really enjoyed this tour. Pedro was an excellent guide. He was very knowledgeable about Spain's history and culture, and the restaurants he set up for our tour were great. The food was delicious, as was the wine. Pedro was flexible as he also tailored a couple of last minute items he found out our group was interested in, i.e food and drink. He did a nice job and he cared about making sure we enjoyed everything. All of us highly recommend this tour.

The tour was so fun! The guide was so so knowledgeable about the city and the history of the food we ate. We learned so much and ate to our heart’s content. The iberian ham we had was the highlight for me, but every stop was very good. Best tapas I have had in Spain!

Brian was our guide. He took us to four excellent stops with so much delicious food and wine. There were 10 ppl on the tour. During the walk between the stops, he gave us insightful history about the city. You will start near Isabel II square and make your way to the Plaza de Mayor. The wines and cava were delicious and complimented the dishes to range from tapas to churros and chocolate. We had the extra treat of seeing a Paso rehersal for upcoming Easter. The tour starated at 1845 and ended at 2230. Just a fantastic evening.

The tour was fabulous! So many tapas from different regions and excellent selections of wines. We loved the history and stories. Brian was an amazing guide. A good time by all and we made new friends.

Great food and wine parings, enjoyable conversations with my fellow participants, the informality of the evening and a very informed tour guide who answered our questions made this a memorable experience. I would definitely recommend it!

Our tour guide Brian was fantastic and took us to the most amazing places with delicious food and wine pairing. Really enjoyed the tour, the perfect blend of culture, food and wine.

The tour took us to many restaurants and locales in the area combining history and taste recommendations. I really liked how at each place we got to sample nibbles of a pepper stuffed with cod or at another place a selection of hams and cheese, while another place we had spicy potatoes and croquettes . The wine selected for each pairing was perfect . Ending the night with churros and chocolate wrapped everything up - sublime.

This food tour was one of the best memories that I’ll take away from my Madrid trip. Brian was very knowledgeable and made the food tour super fun! Highly recommend.

The tour was better than I anticipated. Our guide Brian was very knowledgeable about Spanish history and Madrid in particular. Our tapas stops were all different and delicious; from Iberian ham and croquettes to dark chocolate and churros. At each stop, Brian filled us with knowledge about the food and wine and the places to visit. Highly recommended.

Now the dust has settled from what was a fantastic Madrid trip I wanted to leave a review for what was, for me, the highlight of the trip - the tapas tour. Context: there were 39 of us on a school trip! We met Pedro and Brian in the pre-arranged spot and they were a little early (a good sign!). Over the next three hours we were taken to three top notch places serving authentic Spanish tapas/dishes starting with some bacalao/croquetas and then onto some tortilla/chorizo/croquetas de jamón (one of the best things I've eaten!). Each place we went to was ready for us, Brian and Pedro were superb hosts and so knowledgeable about the food and wine pairings. Nothing was too much for them! If I were to come back in the future by myself I wouldn't even hesitate to book in with these two again. Thank you Pedro and Brian!

What a treat! Our host Pedro certainly knows the hots spots of where to go on this tour and how to skip the line. Delicious tapas and vino and a little bit of the local history of Madrid, there is nothing not to like about this tour. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to try all things that Spain is known for A++++++

I definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Madrid for the first time. Our tour guide (Brian), was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of Spanish culture / history, plus of course the food and drink. We done this on the first day, which I would also recommend as you get a better insight before you go out exploring yourselves. It was very relaxed and very informative. A big thank you to Brian who made us feel most welcome! Already, looking forward to a return trip to Madrid.

Pedro was very nice ,fun and knowledgeable. He gives excellent explanations about the jamón ibérico and more. The other food choices with stories that go with were very interesting. We had a very good group of people that made our experiences more enjoyable. I highly recommend.

Pedro was so knowledgeable about the history of Madrid and culture. The food stops were perfect! Pedro knew all the best stops and we didn’t have to wait in line. It was an entertaining day we will never forget!

Finished up a business trip and a few of us decided to do this food tour. Very enjoyable, great tour guide. Would highly reccomend.
