The tour itself is great. And Farhid is indeed a good guide. A couple of points of improvement should be done to have the perfect the tour:

- include the boat tour (and not make people pay 15 euros for it on last minute)

- have more explanations on what we visit, dates, explanations about the Egyptian culture and religion. Too many anecdotes have been told with not enough real facts.

- improve the quality of the lunch. The food is really bad and the place dirty, it’s better to have a sandwich than to loose 1 hour in this place.

- drive not as fast, people were afraid in the bus, and the drive was really dangerous. Also the bus is not comfortable for such a long journey.

Apart of that, the tour is great and the monuments impressive. I’m quite a picky consumer and some people would say it’s enough.
But the company should not just count on buildings built 4000 years ago to make the experience great, more added value can be expected. Independently on the money people pay.

An ambitious programme sandwiched between two long minibus trips proved to be a great success and a wonderful day out, full of with terrific memories.
Ramashka Tours provided a really good personal service and we were happy to be in their friendly, safe and efficient hands.
The new Toyota minibus was very comfortable and well equipped, even having a video screen for movies and Egyptian history documentaries to keep us entertained.
We met our guide Sayed in Luxor and he did a great job throughout the day, enabling us to see all the highlights on offer in Luxor - and there are many of them. Sayed gave us a very interesting and informative commentary which engaged all the members of our group, in particular our youngest son, aged 10. He also provided good advice regarding souvenirs and dealing with street traders.
Even though we were limited to the one day, our guide Sayed ensured we saw all the best bits of the Karnak Temple, the Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatsetshup's temple and viewed all of Luxor's other major attractions, by land and also by boat, during a very enjoyable trip on the Nile. The lunch was very good too, at a very nice restaurant overlooking the Nile.
We found the experience of visiting the ancient tombs in the Valley of the Kings to be quite exhilarating and this was aided significantly by our excellent guide and tour company

Luxor is very nice, but it would deserve 2 days.
Start at 4am and come back at 8:30pm is a long day, where we jump from 1 place to another.
Everything was supposed to be included, but guide told us "we will take a boat for 45min I will explain you one temple we will see. then we will arrive in boat just in front of restaurant in the other side of the river. It is 10 € or $." (no alternative proposed, no bridge until 17km, so...)

I can highly recommend Ramashka Tours and Said as guide. If you go to Egypt you need to use their services - they are the best. We went for a trip to Luxor. Everything was really well organized. Excellent contact before trip - everything was clear and we knew where to go. We got picked up exactly on time and took a seat in the really comfortable bus. There were only 9 of us in total. We got bottle of water and croissant per person what was really nice. We had two drivers. In Luxor we met our guide Said. He is the most knowledge guide I have ever seen and speaks perfect English. He was explaining us a lot of things and always knew answers for our questions. Firstly there were Karnak Temples - amazing place. Then we were given ice creams and water and went for the river cruise where we were drinking coffee, tea and were listening to music. Then we were transported directly to the restaurant where we had lunch. After that we went to the Valley of Kings - that was amazing. Said advised us where to go and that was really good choice. He was always with us ready to help. After that we went to Alabaster Factory, then to Hatshepsut Temple and at the end to take a picture with two monuments. What I really like about trip was that we were explained what exactly was going to happen and there were no surprises. Nobody pushed us to buy anything what often happens with another travel agencies. Thank you once again and I will recommend you to all my friends.

The tour went like clockwork, the tour bus arrived early for the trip with water and snack given as well as tv to help make the trip go quicker. When we arrived in Luxor we were met by our guide Said, he was so knowledgeable and attentive throughout, only too pleased to answer any questions you had! Long hot day however even though we brought water along we were also given water and ice lollies to keep us going! Would recommend, easy to book and confirm when in resort! Thanks!
