We had a very nice day with ahmad! He, his friends and his family have been very nice to us. He explained everything clearly in german. And told us nice inside stories. The day started early but this gave us time to see and experience luxor and the valley of kings without rushing through. We are a group of 11 people so we got 2 Vapns to get us to luxor. The travelling time was about 3.5h. My personal highlight was when ahmad invited us to his family home and shared lunch with us. I can fully recommend Ahmad! we visited all the historical places in Luxor, we only knew from history books. Hussein gave us a deeper education about every place, His knowledge ist remarkable!!! We then visited a traditional stone fabric, where we learned about how they are still working like the ancient egyptians. We took one short and one longer trip over the Nil, the view was better than all the Photos you May have seen on TV/internet/books! Allthough the traffic in egypt is more than wild, we felt totally save with the Drivers. The Car is a highstandart car with Air conditioning and really comfortable! But the Highlight of the day was meeting the family of Ahmed and Hussein! The most lovely and guestfriendly people you can find! We had a beautiful and traditional dinner, which was the most delicious meal we had in Our whole vacation! If you're looking for a private, educating and once in a Lifetime experience: GO FOR IT! We will sure come back next year, but this time directly to luxor and cant wait to meet again! ❤️
