I loved seeing the costumes and pictures. Loved her car!! ❤️ I enjoyed shopping in the gift shop and I purchased a Christmas ornament! I hope the will add on more of her personal items to the museum. We went to her grave. Now that was a little disappointing. You can not see her names on the graves. It is in need of attention! What a great tribute to Lucille and Desi. The timeline of events and history was tremendous. We would highly recommend this for adults.

This is a very well executed museum that is a must for any Lucille Ball fan, or really any fan of classic TV. It is well worth the trip to Jamestown if you are planning to be in the western NY, western Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio area. The museum is located in a pair of storefronts in downtown Jamestown. The museum traces Lucille’s and Desi’s early lives and careers along with a heavy focus on the I Love Lucy show. There is a lot of information provided throughout. The museum provides a thorough and entertaining look at Lucy’s successful movie career before TV came calling. There are many costumes, props and artifacts throughout the museum. It is all very professionally presented. On a (snowy) Saturday in March the museum was not very busy. We spent about two hours taking it all in and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.Excellent museum and well worth a visit! Since we were there in March, there were no crowds so we almost had the entire place to ourselves. Really well done exhibits and lots to read and see throughout the facility. Excellent museum and well worth a visit! Since we were there in March, there were no crowds so we almost had the entire place to ourselves. Really well done exhibits and lots to read and see throughout the facility. There are two sides to the museum: one side’s focus is on Lucy and Desi’s earlier years and the second side is devoted to the television show. Lots of great costumes, props, artifacts throughout. Highly recommended.Lots of memories watching Lucille ball as a child. So funny! Love the set recreations. Didn’t realize she encouraged carol burnett, another icon of comedy. So cool her studio produced Star Trek .
