The confirmation email didn’t clearly instruct where to redeem the tickets. We were so frustrated with finding the ticket redeem place. It took us quite a lot of time walking inside out the complex.

Amazing history and views. Once you have climbed the longest amount of steps getting to the Castle and its vast complex you will not be disappointed with the results.

There was an interesting story behind everything and the portrait galleries were wonderful. We had no problems with getting the tickets and there are many spectacular views of Prague to be found. The only problem was the amount of people on walking tours which makes some attractions quite busy. Would definitely buy tickets again from Viator.

These are not entrance tickets! If you try to exchange this voucher for entrance tickets the ticket office will not do it, I know it states on the voucher that they will but they will not. Luckily tripadvisor refunded me.

Great place, amazing buildings and views. Took a while, a long walk and a long queue in the wrong place,to sort out where to get my 'proper' ticket.

The Palace exhibition of paintings and objects is stunning. The audio guide is very informative and adds hugely to the experience. The castle itself really requires a guided tour, or else you just goggle bemusedly and don't learn anything.

buying the ticket in advance increased the level of the experience and lobk palace is a must see place to understand prage and its history

We couldn’t pay the tickets before going because the system didn’t work. We had to pay the ticket directly at the castle and in the evening we got the message that the money has been reserved from our credit card without having had the tickets! We wrote mails and hope to solve the problem but definitely a very bad experience!

Excellent place to visit what a magnificent views so beautiful lots to see sent just under 3hrs seeing the sights within the palace and castle

These tickets covered everything we wanted to see and were super easy to use. The castle and associated sites were stunning and well worth the hike up the hill.

Quite dull. Didn’t have a bathroom to use on site. Expected to pay at a nearby bathroom after. Most places that charge fees like this at least offer a bathroom to use.

We made our visit on a Sunday but unbeknownst to us when we ordered our tickets, there were going to be some activities going on and parts of the complex were also closed for renovation. All that means the areas where we had access to were very limited. The signs to the queues were not clear and many tourists there looked confused. When I tried to seek direction from one of the soldiers who was standing close to the entrance, I got this rude reply, "Do I look like a information center? I don't know and I don't care!". Nice. After queuing uphill for some 20 minutes and passing through the security checkpoint, we collected our tickets from the museum reception. The museum was interesting enough, with the section about various well know composers of particular interest to me. The audio tour guide certainly helped made it more enjoyable. The terrace alone, from where you can have an unbeatable view of Prague, is well worth the ticket price. All in all, It was worth a visit but somehow I expected a bit more. Perhaps it was due to bad timing when many key buildings were closed. Chances are, once the renovations are completed, it will prove to be a much more worthy visit.

Very informative tour on the history of the Lobkowicz family and Prague as well. Beautiful building as well.

We spent about 2 hours in the old royal palace. If you like history get circuit A admission ticket... Golden Lane was really cute little alley to stroll, both St Vitus and Basilica St George were gorgeous and very memorable. Overall we were in Prague castle for a little over 6 hours

If you climb from the castle east side that’s fine. If you climb from the main guard gate side, I am afraid you need to walk across the big castle ground to collect ticket for Lobkowicz castle. Prague castle is unique , it’s big it’s no like a normal castle but rather a small town (2 cathedrals) ; it has different level of tickets to access different places in castle; please prepare at least more than half a day to visit the castle.

The palace was a quiet oasis in the middle of the castle. Lots of family paintings and pottery inside the palace with some great views over Prague. A great way to get tickets for the castle as there were no queues at the palace.

Obtention des billets d’entrée au au guichet du palais Lobkowicz sans problèmes. Une visite à ne pas manquer. Histoire, architecture, culture, tout est là.

Sehr interessante Tour! Gut das wir die Tickets vorher gekauft haben, da man im Bereich der Prager Burg für fast alles welche braucht. Das Ticket enthält zum Glück die sehenswertesten Bereiche der Burg und erspart einem so langes anstehen.

Fomos em vários pontos de compra de ingressos e informação e cada um explicava uma coisa diferente de como e onde teríamos que ir para trocar nosso ticket. Encontramos alguns funcionários bem rudes, inclusive um deles me feriu ao puxar a porta com força. Ao tentarmos trocar os tickets adiquiridos por papel, o sistema não encontrava a reserva. Ainda bem que a funcionária foi bem simpática e nos entregou mesmo assim os ingressos. Perdemos vários lugares para visitar pq já haviam fechado

Très belle visite. Un lieu chargé d’histoires. En plus une vue magnifique sur la ville. Retraitées billets pratique et rapide.
