What to expect
Course starts at 9am.
We are going to Izu Oceanic park(IOP).
It is the most famous and popular diving point and one of the most historical diving spots in Japan.
You will encounter many fish and sea creatures while diving at IOP, which will be a surprising and moving experience.
Enjoy scuba diving in Izu Peninsula, Japan.
Diving points may change depending on sea conditions on the day.

Diving Izu Peninsula and IOP in particular was amazing! Diving with Morita and Dive Dream was equally fantastic. I was visiting Izu Kogen and scheduled my dive with Dive Dream on Oct 5. Morita and staff were great in getting me set up with wet suit (3mm), boots, fins, etc. Morita speaks very good english and is really into the details so we had an extensive pre dive discussion regarding what we would do and see. Morita places a lot of emphasis on safety so we spent time discussing safety procedures, hand signals, understanding air tank pressure gauge (liters in japan vs PSI is US). Morita was my dive guide/buddy and the dive went flawlessy! It is interesting that even though Izu is at a similar latitude as northern California where I dive, the water is much warmer with tropical sealife that you might find in Hawaii or Mexico. We saw a varirty of sea life including parrot fish, moray eels, lian fish, moorish idols, and much more! It was amazing! To conclude, if you want to have a really great (and safe) diving experience in Izu, you will do no better than Dive Dream and Morita and staff!Fantastic experience from booking to end. He was waiting for us at the train station, brought us to his dive shop, and thoroughly explained the upcoming dives and evaluated equipment fit and function. His professionalism and thoroughness was impressive. He was especially good with my 16 year old nephew. Cannot say enough good things about Morita San or the experience. Great experience!!Morita san was a wonderful guide and ensured our daughter enjoyed the trip fully. He was extremely attentive and accommodating. The dives were great, with a lot of different fish, morray eels, shrimps, etc... We will definitely go again if we ever come back to Japan.

Amazing Experience! Morita-San is an excellent host and guide. He did a great job with the pre dive brief and the post dive review. He was very safety minded, checking multiple times to ensure the small group was ok and keeping an eye on everyone’s air pressure. The IOP was gorgeous and full of beautiful marine life. Another added bonus was that Morita-San took a high quality camera and took our pictures then promptly emailed them that same afternoon. I highly recommend this experience!What a wonderful experience! The dive site (IOP) had great facilities, we saw so many fish, crabs, squid etc. Morita was very friendly, helpful, and showed us a safe and extremely enjoyable time. He took pictures for us underwater too. This was our favorite dive trip so far! Highly recommend.
