Before we even left the airport he gave all the details we needed to know about the process of exiting the airport and was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. When we met him he was great. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He knew the history of all the places as well as a lot of current events and local knowledge. My friend and I had a lot of fun, even with limited time outside the airport.
