A great day spent in La Gomera. Thankfully the weather was fantastic so the views were unspoilt by cloud cover. And I loved the post-lunch whistling performance!

The idea of visiting the island was good however very poorly organised and terrible meal. Ushered onto to tiny bus had to duck to look out windows no room Booked English speaking guide who couldn’t really speak English. Never knew what was going on. Just stopped every now and then. Picked up early and waited outside port for something for an hour. But never knew why. Took our passports and got them back halfway into trip. Stopped at 2 places but restricted I time. Food was appalling rice and a chicken drumstick. Water soup tasted of nothing. Tub of ice cream. I would recommend hiring car and doing it yourself. Paid 80 euros per person which it wasn’t worth so if you do book thenBeautiful island, definitely worth a visit but our guide barely spoke any English..wish we had more time in the national park as well.. lunch was very basic but ok

Photo stops on the way. Lunch included. Full your bus. Very pleased we went. The Island is so different than Tenerife, much less tourist. So peacefull.
