Lovely nice trip for the 2 days tour despite long car ride but very panaromic view of the snowy mountains and sight of lambs, cows, horses etc . We are driven well and very comfortable ride and our guide Mr Bruce is friendly, helpful n professional. Thank you !

Very good tour for those with limited time to spend in the Almaty area. We hiked through the Charyn Canyon, visited the Black Canyon, hiked along and across the frozen Kolsai lake and did a combination horse back riding and hiking to and along the Kaindy lake. The places we visited were very beautiful and pristine, true natural wonders of Kazakhstan. Our tour guide, Nursultan, was very familiar and knowledgeable of the areas visited. He shared a lot of history, culture, and traditions of the Kazakh people during the long drives, which, made the trip more interesting. He also took us to places where we can sample / eat traditional food. Overall, very good, fun, and memorable tour!

The sightseeing tour of Kolsai & Kaindy Lakes and Charyn Canyon was wonderful. My tour guide is friendly and very helpful; he took a very good care of me. I highly recommend this tour.

Our tour guide was very kind. He contacted us the day previous to the tour by Whatsapp and he picked up us on time. The car was comfortable as well as the accommodation. About the visited places, we specially liked the Kaindy lake and the Charyn canyon. The Kolsai lake was also nice, but in my opinion it is a very turistic place. As a summary, it was a great experience.

This was a lot of fun and really interesting. Our guide Bakhtiar was great and we really enjoyed chatting about the landscape and its history with him (hevs a very nice guy, very knowledgeable and happy to chat about everything which made the experience even better). I understand it's and expensive tour, but it's definitely worthy for what's offered. It's a private tour and there are a lot of choices in what to do. Bakhtiar always presented us with all the option snd what was included and what not and the prices. We were free to decide if to do an extra hike or relax, if to walk or take a car and Bakhtiar was alway encouraging us to do what we wanted. The places were incredible and lots of pictures opportunities and amazing views. It's nearly impossible to reach Kaindy lake alone due to the road so it was very handy having a guide and a Jeep. The food at the locals was good too. Just a pity that we had the same exact food for lunch and dinner (not our guide's fault). There were two lunches, one breakfast and one dinner included in the prices in addition to the park entrances (and all the fuss about filling the documents was quickly done by our guide). Fefinitely recommended.

A very good trip for everyone. The tour guide is handsome, polite, friendly and very helpful. He picked us up at the hotel where we stayed. The car is very comfortable and he drives very well. I really didn't get car sick 😁 hihi. We are very satisfied with him 😍. Saty village is very beautiful , the room is clean , we can catch the sunrise from the window of our room and have caught the sunrise on the fresh , peaceful village road . The guest house prepared for us a lot of delicious foods. Kolsay Lake, Kaindy Lake are really beautiful lake, cool and peaceful. And the end , lucky he took somany Nice Photos for me that my darling couldn't 🤣 Thank you so much Nursultan . Everyone should try to book.

Spent 12 days in Almaty a beautiful and peaceful city. Took a 2 day tour with Neomad guided by Nursultan. He was knowledgeable, friendly,attentive and ensured a great experience in this little corner of Kazakhstan. For sure choose the 2 day trip to have time at the sights and experience an overnight in Saty. This city should be visited and it is difficult to see past Neomad to experience great tours.

Great trip to cover several unique places near Almaty in a short amount of time. Bahtiar was our guide and driver. He was knowledgeable, attentive, punctual, and flexible. Our small group had individuals of different physical ability and Bahtiar made sure that everyone was able to enjoy the sites. The trip was well coordinated with an off-road and additional transfers prearranged; the lodging was comfortable and the food delicious. Visiting Kayndy lake (a UNESCO heritage site) was the highlight of our trip; since we got there early we had the lake to ourselves for a while. The canyon was also very beautiful and the taxi ride inside the canyon was fun. Lake Kolsai was too busy to my taste. All in all we had a great time and highly recommend.

We spent two days on a private tour with Maxim. All the stops were very beautiful and Maxim was great a finding the less busy places. The trail to Kaindy lake was a moderately hard uphill hike for the less athletic folks. It was also crowded with people on horses which made it more challenging. The lake itself is beautiful and there’s another short path uphill to a better lookout spot with much fewer people that Maxim took us too. At Kalsai lake take the short trail on he far side of the lake to a better, less crowded spot. This has the little dock with the lake and mountains that you see in all the photos. The off road driving to all these beautiful lookout spots of the canyon area were amazing. Maxim took us to spots with no other people that were so quiet and peaceful. Finally, since we booked last minute we couldn’t stay in a yurt or even one of their regular guest houses but Natalia found a nice little place and the woman running it cooked the most amazing food. It made the whole experience!

Mr. Nur-Sultan was very helpful and always genuinely wanting to help us so that our trip to Kazakhstan was smooth and what we wanted. He was so good we arranged a second tour with his company. Our guide was Ms. Minara. She was terrific and we got along with her instantly. I felt we had a Kazakh friend and even invited her to Singapore for a visit in the future we really enjoyed the tour so much. Unfortunately after the tour communication with her is not good so my wife and I got to think that maybe the friendliness wasn't so genuine or perhaps she is busy. In any case we still ABSOLUTELY loved the tour and the sites are amazing. There was nothing negative to share as we were very lucky to chose such a wonderful agency and we very much appreciated how well Minara was to us. This tour and agency is highly recommended and if we go back we would use them again.

We - 4 girls, went to Almaty for the first time for Dimash's concert. We booked this tour from Neomad through email, since we need some schedule changes for our own purpose. Everything was fun, totally relaxing. The views were amazing and we were served with delicious food as well as comfortable room to stay overnight. Our tour guide - Nursultan was friendly and patient, fluent in Russian, English and Kazakh language. We really enjoyed the tour, so I recommend everyone booking this one.

We really enjoyed the two days: it was interesting to see the contrasts between the city, the canyon and the lakes. Nature is gorgeous! The guesthouse was comfortable and clean and the food was very nice. Special thanks as well to our guide Minara, who did a marvelous job.

This tour of topographic marvels truly was an experience of a lifetime. The landscapes were stunning beyond belief, and the cultural experience was lovely. Fantastic trip with Minara! She was accommodating and very friendly — and clearly enjoys her work. Kaindy and Kolsai are absolutely stunning and we really enjoyed the night stay at a local B&B, eating and drinking with extremely hospitable local folk.

This was an amazing 2-day tour- awesome canyon and beautiful lakes which are totally worth seeing. We enjoyed the scenic views along the way as well. Not the easiest to go trekking to, so make sure you have suitable & comfy hiking boots especially in winter. The overnight stay with the locals was also a lovely experience and our hosts were friendly and hospitable and served delicious local food. I would absolutely recommend this to friends.
