:) I am left speechless, the truth is the best service that I have received in my entire life, starting with the most important, how they treated me was in the best way since we arrived Mr. Baudelio treated us in the best way, very kind and respectful , and the truth when I was in the ruins that the guide was telling us the whole story and its meanings, I already felt inside the story with the fact that I could be very close to them, it was the best thing that my eyes had seen those ruins. You really seemed magical because of how precious they are, the truth is that you have to book with them so that you not only read and hear about this experience but also live it, I left with an unforgettable beautiful memory, I am very grateful !!♡Very good experience to some of the lesser known mayan ruins. The place was almost desolated and we could enjoy the ruins with only the jungle sounds. Our guide Alondra was knowledgeable and nice, and the transport was clean and on time. Highly recomended

Long overdue review, but life got in the way...We did the tour the week of Thanksgiving and I cannot say enough good things about this company! Our tour guide was Leo and OMG does he know A LOT!!! We were the first family of the 3 families to arrive at the meetup place and it was a little while until the second family came and even longer until the 3rd family ever decided to show up, but let me tell you, they took us to the lighthouse and gave us a mini tour of the area because they felt bad we were waiting, so it was a bonus for us and then they brought the 3rd family to meet us, so thoughtful of them with our time! Then we got to the ruins and they were so very flexible with whatever anyone wanted to see and Leo gave us so much information! On the way back, we had the most AMAZING pineapple from a roadside stand they bought for us and my kids still talk about how it was the best pineapple ever. Leo really included the young kids and snacks/drinks were perfect and readily available; highly recommend these guys if you want a great tour!!My wife and I took this excursion during our cruise Dec-2022. My wife and I took this excursion during our cruise Dec-2022. We were really pleased overall with the excursion. The local guide (Pedro) was great. He was really knowledgeable about the ruins and the surrounding area as well as the history of the site itself. The ruins were really well cared for and you were allowed to genuinely explore them and not just look at them and we were on site for 2.5 hours. Also, we were the only tour that afternoon, so we had the site to ourselves. The trip from Costa Maya (cruise port) was about 2 hours but the bus was a new touring bus, so it was quite comfortable and Pedro spoke a little bit (not too much to be annoying) about the area and life in the area. In our case a sack lunch was included and that was probably the only area I could think of for improvement (bologna and cheese sandwich) but overall, a great excursion and I highly recommend it. The trip to and from the site is 2 hours each way, but the roads are really well cared for so it's as comfortable as it can get.
