I did the half day tour of Kigali and loved it. Eric was an awesome tour guide and showed us awesome spots and gave his own unique, local perspective as a Rwandan.

I've visited Rwanda a few times with different groups for work and have done a few trips with the Go Further team (once to Akagera and two city tours). This tour is a must do when visiting Kigali!! Whether you get Eric or Desiree, you will have a memorable trip and learn so much. They each offer their own unique story as well as knowledge of Rwanda. Additionally, they are wonderful people and are genuinely interested in ensuring their guests have a great experience. Three of us did the full-day Kigali City Tour with Eric and had a fantastic day. We elected to pay the extra flat fee for the private tour so we could customize it as we had seen the Kigali Genocide Memorial the day before and had some specific requests for our tour. Eric was very knowledgeable, understanding, friendly and accommodating. Our driver also was very good and the vehicle was spotless. Eric listened to our interests and customized our stops based on what we expressed we'd like to see. It was a truly perfect day in the presence and company of good friends and a great host. I highly recommend this tour.

We would highly recommend taking the the Go Kigali city tour. Our guide, Desiree, was very knowledgable about the city and we got to see parts of Kigali that we wouldn't have seen had we not taken the tour. The city holds a lot of history that you might not be able to learn touring on your own. Definitely plan a trip with them!

I have been to 46 countries and I have never attended a tour so excessively expensive compared to the standard of living of the country. The cost of a day tour of Kigali per person is $95 while the average monthly salary in Rwanda is $45, that is if 4 persons attend a day tour, this tour operator charges almost 8 average monthly salaries for just a day tour. While there are day tours in Europe for $30 where the average salary is $4000. It's like charging $8000 per person for a day tour in Europe. Ripping off tourists should have some limits.

Excellent tour! Kigali is so spread out that it's not possible to see it without a tour, but this city tour was fantastic. Eric was incredibly informative, had the answer to all my many questions, and they were laid back while being exceptionally professional.

Eric was our guide during this tour. He has great sensibility while interacting with people and that is why everywhere we went he was well received. Visit to Kigali Genocide Memorial felt a bit rushed.

The experience was wonderful. Desirée was a very informative and communicative guide. She was a fun to spend time with and made the tour really interesting. We liked that the tour touched on lots of different aspects of Rwandan life and culture and brought us to a variety of different places in Kigali - from nature (Mt. Kigali) to local neighbourhoods. We also appreciated Desirée's honesty and openness in sharing a little of her story and how Rwanda's recent history continues to effect people today. It was a really fantastic morning!

I had a very lovely time together with my nice tour guide Desiree and our driver. You get to see a lot in a short time and Desiree was very good and had a lot of knowledge about Kigali and Rwanda in general. Take your time at the memorial, it really made an impression.

One of the most moving and comprehensive tours I've ever taken. Desiree was a fantastic and personable guide and she really showed us the resiliency of the Rwandan people. Hearing her stories and seeing how far the country has come was an unforgettable experience. I felt very safe the whole time, the food was wonderful, and I really enjoyed the company.

We did the half day kigali city tour with Go Kigali tours. It was such a fantastic experience! The guide Desiree (I am not sure if I spelled it right 😁) was excellent! She was very informative and funny as well!! .We got to know a lot about the history of Rwanda, genocide, the comeback after this. the history of Kigali, about the local people and culture,the milk bar, the murals and stories behind them!!!The itinerary was very good that it covers all the important parts of the point of interest but without rushing too much!!! I highly recommend this company who wants to do the kigali tour. You will be in professional hands!!!

Desiree was our host for the day. We went on the Kigali City Tour. Highly recommend doing this tour to learn and see the beautiful city and culture. Plus, get to try some authentic Rwandan food, local beer, wine, coffee and milk! Desiree was very personable and knowledgeable of the city and history. Water was provided throughout the day as well. 10/10 would recommend future friends to book this tour and to personally request Desiree.

Our tour guide, Desiree was more than awesome! She was very welcoming, and knowledgeable about her culture. We learned so much, it was enriching. We didn’t want the day to end. We are more than glad we decided to do this city tour. What a great way to get a taste of Rwanda. I wish we can have Desiree as our tour guide for the remaining of our trip.
