Key West: 3-Hour Snorkeling Adventure
Overview
The trip was more party oriented than serious. Due to weather conditions, we went to the Golf side to an area with still bad sight underwater and really not much to see. For a true snorkeling experience, I would prefer an operator which does smaller groups and takes diving more seriously.

Workers didn't help anyone get on or off boat with 3 foot waves. Never canceled or rescheduled trip even though rain, thunder & lightening happening. Free drinks? Joke! Too much talking and too long to get there & get equipment for how long you get to spend in the water. Div...

Too much talking and too long to get there & get equipment for how long you get to spend in the water. Dive Center Snorkeling IS SOOOOO much better. Booked a 2nd trip with them and it fantastic! I watched a beginner Asian passenger struggling to snorkel in 3 feet water and the gentlemen in the boat told her "you have to swim" rather then helping her while it was clear she was struggling while in the water.The captain and crew were all personable and knowledgeable. The water was very rough and they worked hard to keep us safe and get us out of the water. We enjoyed it very much!

Great timeWe received a warning on the day of our initial reservation that the water may be choppy and readily changed our reservation. Today was so much better. Best part of the trip was the staff. Very professional, courteous and engaged. .
