There are many great sights to see in Ketchikan. Here are just a few.
Highlight One: At the Deer Mountain Tribal Hatchery and Eagle Centre, feed the fish, sample salmon products, observe the eagles up-close, and get acquainted with the culture of the native Southeast Alaskans.
Highlight Two: Spend a couple of hours at the Totem Heritage Centre exploring the poles and learning about the Tlingit, Tsimshian, and Haida Native cultures.
Highlight Three: Dolly's House is located on Creek Street and is a step back in time, to when the street was the Red Light District of Ketchikan.
Highlight Four: The Tongass Historical Museum gives a nice overview of how the logging and fishing industries and the local First Nation cultures influenced the history of Ketchikan.
This is just a taste of what you’ll experience on this tour but there are plenty more attractions and stories to be seen and heard along the way.

The instructions to download the tour were not vetted and neither the direct link, Apple Pay link and Viator link worked. I had to go directly to citywalks link and purchase it directly for $11.99 considerably less than the Viator price. Will be requesting a refund

This is my first one star review, All trip advisor excursions i have been on except this one have been 5 star !!! My reasons for one star: 1 a little tricky to download, and I paid for two but I could only download to my phone. I tried many ways to download it to my wife’s phone without success. The phone number to call for help is in Australia and they didn’t answer. :( 2 the audio was simple, mainly what was on the plaques at the stops, more depth would have been nice 3 a small thing, the order of stops was crisscross, back and forth, we just skipped around to make our walk in sequence. 4 for the cost, disappointingToo long and dragged out plus we didn’t have time to complete because of a short port time. App also kept crashing. I think I will stick to people led walking tours instead of an app.

This was a disappointment for us. We weren't able to download the commentary that went with the tour. There wasn't anyone at the visitors center that even knew anything about this tour. The map of the town with all the points of interest marked on it is all you really need. It would have been great to be able to have someone give a commentary of the main places in the town. The price is non refundable which meant we were out $30 on something we weren't able to use.
