It was all about our guide Renata. She had exceptional depth and knowledge of the park and local history. We had a blast.

Perfect day- no less with an amazing tour guide called Ines…. The kayaking was absolutely gorgeous… and the lunch amazing!!!

Because of the rainy weather and swollen rivers with fast-moving currents, we didn't get to do the kayaking and swimming activities. However, our guide Emmaneul did a great job in taking us hiking around to several waterfalls. We also spent time walking around in the village Fafiao, visited with ...
Because of the rainy weather and swollen rivers with fast-moving currents, we didn't get to do the kayaking and swimming activities. However, our guide Emmaneul did a great job in taking us hiking around to several waterfalls. We also spent time walking around in the village Fafiao, visited with a farmer who just had a newborn calf, saw the Fojo do Lobo, a trap used for hunting Iberian wolves centuries of years ago, and had a great lunch at Hostal Retiro do Gerês. Emmanuel shared interesting information about the area and its flora/fauna with us. All in all, an enjoyable day. Would love to come back to do this activity proper with this operator again on another day with better weather so that we can kayak and swim.F562EPstevenm

I booked the trip months in advance and it was cancelled the day before. After ringing the contact number I was told that there was no trip scheduled for that day. The organiser should have informed me much earlier so I could rearrange plans.

Had a great day with Felx in the national park. The kayaking was in very calm water, followed by a refreshing swim. The highlight for us though were the amazing lookout spots as well as one very secluded waterfall that we had almost to ourselves. Overall this was a moderately physical (not too much hiking actually, but you do go up a few steep areas to get to the amazing lookouts or waterfall, etc.) but quite relaxing day with lots of beautiful scenery, a very nice lunch & meeting other cool guests. We were a group of 6 + our awesome guide Felix. So glad we took the opportunity to do this tour from Porto. Thank you guys!
