Went on a rafting trip with y’all and had an absolute blast. By far the best rafting experience I have ever had. Captain Jack was a great guide, heaps of fun. The rest of the crew were great vibes too especially Jesse. Really amplified the experience that all of the crew was in the spirit for a good time :)

Such an amazing activity to do, first time going down the rapids was amazing. Our boat guide (captain jack) took care of us as he guided us down the river, best captain ever!!! Workers were upbeat and very thorough at explaining everything to you, the do’s the do not’s and so forth. Also shared about the history of the place and said a few karakia’s (prayers) through the journey. If you’re thinking of doing this…just do it, you won’t regret it.

We did the White Rafting and had a great time. The instructors are amazing and keep you safe, they know their stuff. We had a lot of fun and adrenaline, you also get some amazing views down in the river, I recommend !

I was solo in the white water rafting experience today and my guide was Jack. The experience was incredible and it was made even better by Jack. Jack has been guiding white water rafting for 11 years all around the world and it is clear that it is his passion. He was incredibly informative about the river, the rafting and the safety of our adventure. I actually completed the same rafting adventure 10 years ago with a different company and I have to say that these guys were so much better. They also ask permission from the local Mauri to use the river. I believe they are the only company to do that. That’s respect. All the staff were so cool, including Jesse and Dan. All I can say is do it!! You will love it and the guys make it even more special than just the experience alone. Thank you guys. Hope to see you again in a couple of weeks for another go!!

The best part of our trip to Rotorua was definitely the rafting experience! Our guide, Kyle, made it even more enjoyable. When I saw the river I was nervous, however, the team made me feel safe. Kyle's respect for nature, shown through a Maori blessing at the start, was comforting. He and his team were total pros, and their professionalism made the trip amazing!

Sledging and White water rafting with this company was a definite highlight of our NZ adventures. Jack brought amazing energy, took memorable pics and had some well placed Anchorman jokes. Curuzo was funny, passionate and confident…everything you need from a guide when you’re jumping into rapids head first. Ben, thank you for all your patience as we ungracefully floundered through the water. He was the best cheerleader, brought amazing energy and kept us all safe. Sign up, you won’t regret it.

One of the highlights of our time in New Zealand so far! Kyle was a brilliant guide. As well as ensuring we had a safe and very fun time on the river, he had so much local knowledge about the river and the area. Would recommend to anyone looking for an adrenaline rush and who doesn’t mind getting a little wet!

White water rafting was amazing! 3 of us loved it one of the best activities we have done in our time in New Zealand for sure. 100% worth the price the staff were brilliant throughout and activity is ran to perfection. Special mention to Jack our guide who done a brilliant job 👌🏼

Beautiful scenery, super friendly staff especially chucky and the 2 guys on our boat! (I forgot their names, oops!!) only downfall was that the water was cold 😂😭

High adrenaline in a relatively short time. Staff were super friendly and the operation was well run. Only a short 10 minute drive from the meeting point to the river on their bus. Highly recommend.

This rafting trip was definitely an adventure and not really suitable if you have any knee or back issues. There is a lot of squatting to get into place for various falls or rapids. You will be paddling and also carrying the raft from the truck to the river and back. Not a big deal but good to know. They provide wetsuit, jacket if you want, life jacket and helmet. Leave everything else in your car or at home because you won’t need it or be able to take it with you (e.g., phone, jewelry, wallet, etc.). The guides were all very professional and encouraging during the different stretches of the river we rafted down. Our guide was Kyle. There are different options for interacting with the various aspects of the trip down. If you come with an open mind, sense of adventure, and willingness to get wet (and possibly take an unexpected plunge in the river-which is comfortable temperature) this will be a great option for you.

Great time! We learned about mauri culture whilst having an amazing time on the boat. All guides are lovely. Thanks to Ben for keeping us safe!

We did the 3 hour white water rafting and wished it could have been longer. Ben was our guide and was incredible in teaching local history and folklore. What I appreciated most about this group was how important it was to recognize and acknowledge the land with respect and honor. We got to learn from Māori chants and prayers during our raft and that was incredible to be a part of. The 7m waterfall drop was incredible and not as scary as I thought given the different safety measures they put in place. Can’t wait to be back to do more.

Best time on crazy water.very beautiful.great guides.even tipping at the big waterfall didn't diminish the fun factor.
