10.45: Head to Jolie’s house. It’s time for cooking! Make rice milk by traditional grinder to make rice milk and start cooking 4 Vietnamese dishes.
12.30: Enjoy your meals cooked by yourself.
13.30: Play piano/ guitar (if you can), and go back to your place by a grab to yourself

What to expect
9.00: Meet up at the Cafe No 10 Tran Quoc Toan Street, have a cup of coffee at a local coffee shop, sharing your stories with others.
9.30: Head to one of the biggest markets in Da nang where you learn about the Vietnamese shopping way, the local way of bargaining of products, buy fresh ingredients for the cooking class.
10.45: Head to Jolie’s house. It’s time for cooking! Make rice milk by traditional grinder to make rice milk and start cooking 4 Vietnamese dishes.
12.30: Enjoy your meals cooked by yourself.
13.30: Play piano/ guitar (if you can), and go back to your place by a grab to yourself

Rosie was our main teacher in the cooking class, we went to the farm first to pick up some ingredients and then drunk black coffee in the local cafe. After that, we went to Han market to buy the ingredients such as banana flowers, milk apple, mango, green banana, carrot etc. and finally went Rosie’s sister house to cook. She firstly introduced the history of her family and her house. Later on, we started to cook. It was a funny and nice experience and we also signed and dance before having the meals. I enjoyed the cooking class so much and I would like to recommend you guys to join the class when you go to DaNang. Highly recommend.It was a great experience with Rosie and her team being excellent hosts. We enjoyed the tour of market, coffee to get to know everyone and awesome cooking class with yummy food. Pick up at our hotel was right on time by the wonderfully entertaining Rosie who took us to her favourite coffee shop for tea and salt coffee. Delicious! Then off to the local city market where we picked up the ingredients for the class to come. The markets were fascinating and Rosie gave an informative insight into all the market sellers lives and routines. Then off to the class at Jolie's house where we experienced 4 wonderful dishes. Very hands on. Wonderfully organised and excellent instruction resulted in 4 beautiful meals with our Pho being the highlight. Thoroughly recommended! Don't miss it in Da Nang!
