I attended this class alone and was delighted to participate in making an excellent couscous with beef, zucchini, pumpkin, caramelised onions, almonds and dates. Chef Khadija is a very warm and helpful instructor, assisted by her sister Marla who speaks excellent English. I was the only guest who did the cooking class on 23 March. It was an excellent experience. Chef Khadija and her fluent English speaking sister Marla were extremely hospitable. They asked beforehand what I wanted to learn - couscous. I was shown and even helped in every step of the process, and the product was outstanding - a beef couscous with caramelised onions, pumpkin, zucchini, raisins and toasted almonds. It took about 3 hours, including the eating. I highly recommend it.The cooking class exceeded all of my expectations.
