SCAMMERS!! Lied so much so many times, wasn’t on time, tried to say we didn’t pay for 2 hours or two Jesus even showing them my booking, lied to trip advisor saying we ride the Jerald’s when we didn’t to keep our money but luckily they saw through their lies and got us our money back

Probably the worst Jetski rental company I have had to deal with in last 5 years of coming to Florida.

I was told to meet at the address shown but no one showed up and I was not able to get a refund. DO NOT BOOK!!

THIS IS A SCAM ! They cancelled our reservation 2 times due to weather. And in their activity description it says that they don’t cancel due to bad weather, but they cancelled it. They also kept delaying it. I talked to the maybe 5-6 different tour operators for a refund and none of them could help me out. None of them even called me back to help out and update me on my refund request they just told me to send an email. I NEVER got a refund and we lost $400. This is the WORST jet ski booking don’t get fooled by the price.

Horrible experience! After clarifying several times, it was still booked wrong. The person who assisted with the booking, provided false information. I was very disappointed and loss a lot of money using this third party company.

I was riding too fast and flipped over twice! It was exciting though. The crew was flvery friendly and helpful.

I booked online and they wanted to charge me double when I got to the place. Worse place ever wouldn’t even do anything to help

There was nothing memorable. The whole thing was cancelled. I am having a hard time getting my refund back after multiple texts and calls rescheduling and then the company in charge of booking canceling my reservation. The customer service experience was horrible. Know one seemed to know anything I want my refund.

I spent $179.00, there were several hidden fees that we were not told about upfront. Bring tourists, we were new and needed time to navigate around. We were at another one of your attractions and they ran behind which caused us to be behind, when we asked for flexibility we were told we had to pay for it, we were willing but then that’s when we learned about a security deposit and gas charge PER jetski when we are a couple. We asked to cancel and was told we could not get any of our money back. The gas charge and security deposit was not mentioned or listed and we only ran behind because we were on the 90 min cruise and instead of starting at 1, they left at 130, which caused us to run behind for the jetski but no one was willing to accommodate. I am actually filing a dispute with my bank. And I will never use your company again nor recommend anyone. It was bad business

The pickup from the pre- assigned spot was over 30 mins late. The jet skis are taken from a platform on the bay. The jet skies were old and damaged. The wavers were given to me only on the pontoon. With the choppy waters and sun glare was not even able to properly review. It was very difficult to keep the damaged jet ski under control and the engine cut and it flipped over. After that the operator tried to charge me $250 to continue. I said no and demanded to head back. After 45 mins finally managed to get to shore. Would NOT recommend!

The staff was a pleasure to be around . Everyone was well informed and was very professional. I would recommend this excursion it was fun.

Great experience solo or with friends and family. Everyone was cool and down to earth from the Captain to the instructors, 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!!

My jet ski trip was cancelled 30 minutes before the start timess i was walking to the meeting point. I hope I receive a full refund

The hosts and experience was great and well worth it. Experience was great value and well longer than the 1 hour we expected. Highly recommend

Started over an hour late. I was also only given 40 minutes on the jet skis instead of the full hour.

They were late for pick up, and their jetskis were broke and I was on two that completely stopped running. The jetski instructor also barley spoke English. I would not recommend renting from this place.

The jet ski rental and pontoon boat rental combo was a blast. We got a full hour on the jet skis in Biscayne Bay near downtown Miami/South Beach. For $100 with the time limit and location, you really cannot beat it!

They need to be on time. And more clear on arrival instructions. I booked for 2pm and they didn’t arrive until like 3:30pm. We were standing outside for an hour and 30 mins.

I’ll start with the positives: the jetski ride itself was amazing - 45 mins to an hour is PLENTY of time to have a go at it if it’s your first time, so I highly recommend it. Now for the negatives: the tour is advertised as $99, but after you book it, the confirmation email tells you to bring along $60 for gas, so it’s really a $160 tour (classic tourist trap, kind of expected). I don’t think I’ve ever had so much trouble finding the start point of a tour before. The tour says “South Beach” but the boat actually picks you up from Mid Beach, so if you’re staying in South Beach, don’t book in haste expecting you can get there quickly. I originally booked for 12 noon, then after panicking to get to Mid Beach quickly, I struggled to find where the boat left off from. I tried to contact the tour operators multiple times with no luck, then after some very mixed and vague instructions, I was late and had to reschedule for the 3:30 session. When I came back later, I still couldn’t find the starting spot - after asking countless people where to go, it turns out there were no signs/posters at the correct location anyway. PLEASE put up a sign saying “JetSki tours start here!” or something similar. Eventually I worked it out with another very confused couple who were set to do the tour as well. Worst tour instructions ever, and almost lost more money than I should have. If this company can find a way to advertise better where their tour starts from (emailing a picture of a map with the location pinpointed is a great start) and the two tour operators can get on the same page with each other about those directions, then this tour would be a 10/10. Too much stress for something that should be fun and relaxing.
