You will continue on your way down the valle de las mil palmeras (thousand palm trees valley) towards Fataga, whose archaeological heritage is known worldwide. Once there, you will get the chance to walk through its old town and its cobblestone streets, appreciate its traditional Canarian houses and know more about the indigenous background of Gran Canaria.

Spectacular views of the Arguineguín ravine, to reach the Chira dam, built between 1941 and 1944.

Stop At: Cumbres de San Bartolome, Cumbres de San Bartolome, Province of Huelva, Andalucia
We continue towards the municipality of San Bartolome de Tirajana to reach Tunte, its capital, where we will visit the old town and its church.

Stop At: Fataga, Fataga, Gran Canaria, Canary Islands
We continue our route towards the ravine of the 1, 000 palm trees until we reach the beautiful town of Fataga

Stop At: Reserva Natural Especial de Las Dunas de Maspalomas, 35100 Playa del Ingles, San Bartolome de Tirajana, Gran Canaria Spain
The last stop will be at the Las Moscas viewpoint, where you can take pictures of the valley and see the dunes of Maspalomas.

We were supposed to be doing the tour on 7th December however the driver couldn’t find the hotel so they rearranged it for the 8th December. I had to help the driver find the other hotel using Google maps. There was no information about where we were on the tour and a lot of landslides. Also lunch isn’t included it’s an extra 13€. The views are amazing and it is worth it for that but they do take you to a aloe vera farm to get you to buy products. If you would like a quiet tour that takes 7-8 hours I would recommend but if you want a tour with information I wouldn’t recommend. I’d also recommend triple checking the night before if they know where the hotel is. I’m awarding 3 stars for the views.Our driver Luis was so knowledgeable, especially about geology & how the Canaries were formed. His English was great & he was good fun. We had a great time. For information, we thought lunch was included in the price but its not.
