Instructions were hazy to follow. Had to walk all over to find out where to validate my ticket. Then found out it was already validated. The gentleman at the desk, after finally finding the actual place to go, was a bit rude. Have not used the tickets yet, maybe today.

Some of the places were unaware of the iVenture plan at the ticket counter even though after some checking, we were able to get to enjoy the attractions. But, it was not very pleasant to have to wait for their verification.
