Very clear communication. Was very accommodating with plan/destination changes. Driver confirms the plan the night before, but very flexible to still make changes on the day. We had Pande as our driver. Such a wonderful man! Loved learning all about the culture, about the people and their beliefs. THANK YOU PANDE!

one of the most amazing trips ever. Yes, I was on a cruise ship, we docked overnight at Benoa which meant I could head out at the crack of dawn the next day and see the Gates of Heaven and other hot insta spots. Pick up was at 4:00 am with my guideee/driver who what's app text me the night before. We drove 3 hours and got to the base of the Gates of Heaven- Lempuyang Temple and received our number to take photos. We waited about 1 hour and just enjoyed the atmosphere. Was worth the long ride. Coming down the mountain we went to Tamin Tirta Gangga an Ujung Water Palace. Unbelievable day, We arrived back at the ship at 2:00pm with the ship leaving at 4:00pm. Would recommend 100%

We really enjoyed the tour and the tour guide; however, it was not advertised appropriately. We had an early pickup time at 04:30am. While on the way to East Bali, we were told by the guide that admission was not included in our tour. It was not advertised as such. There is information for what is included and what is excluded. The only exclusion was lunch. The description did not indicate that admission was excluded. We were not prepared to pay in IDR as we were told US dollars would suffice. That was not accurate. It was disappointing as all of the other excursions were clear on what was included and excluded.

Our guide was very good, he was driving carefully, we easily agreed on everything, he also offered us some other interesting places to see and we really liked it. Unfortunately there is always big traffic and transport takes a lot of time, so you won't be able to see as many thing in one day, but it's not their fault.

This firm is reliable and serious. It also felt like a great choice to use a professional driver since the left traffic here is a bit intense. This option was also very cost efficient. Our guide Pande was so nice and very knowledgeable, we couldn't recommend his services more!

They sent a confirmation email a few days before hand. Day of, I waited 1.5 hours and the driver never showed. I tried emailing., texting and calling.. At one point I got a cryptic email saying I was suppose to be in the lobby where was I. (I was in the lobby) Then I got an email from a friend of the driver saying that his car had broken down and asking if he could pick me up instead in an hour. Needless to say I requested and received a refund.

My husband and I had the best day today with Kadek - we started off at 4:30am on the 10 hour tour to go up to Lempuyang temple, before working our way back down through numerous locations in East Bali and Ubud. Kadek made sure we saw all the places we wanted to, while also suggesting a few more places to go through our tour which we thoroughly enjoyed. We felt comfortable and thought of throughout, and it really felt like travelling with a friend. Now we’re trying to find something else to do so we can see Kadek again before we leave!! Would 100% recommend this to anyone wanting to get out and see places as we saw far more than we would have on our own, but also the knowledge Kadek could share on each place was invaluable. He could share history of places, inform us on certain cultural aspects and was just overall lovely to chat with. He also happily stopped off any time I was trying to take a photo of something pretty through the car window to make sure I could capture it without me asking. Thank you, Kadek!

First, Wayan, the manager, communicated extremely well. And we had to make several changes that they promptly and courteously handled. Next, Pande, our driver. He made the experience so very special with his knowledge and experience. We were sorry to have to say goodbye. He knew all the best sites and the best way around so much traffic. Overall it was an ok tour, we got what we wanted out of it seeing what we had requested as well as what we requested not to see. So it was ok

We loved that we could design this private tour; we chose 3 places we really wanted to go and Wayan, our driver, suggested a 4th which we loved and was actually a group favourite for the day! The day was really enjoyable; Wayan was so friendly and shared lots about Bali. Highly recommend this tour!

Nice guy. Great spots. Double the price of a local grab driver though. Good chats. Bad restaurant and bar suggestions. Not all that knowledgeable about options.

Our driver picked us up as scheduled and was very pleasant. He skillfully maneuvered amongst motorbikes and cars during our 10-hour tour. We had preselected the sites we wanted to visit and made certain those were the ones we visited rather than similar ones. It rained very hard around Lake Batur in the early afternoon; others contemplating going there might consider heading up there first thing in the morning.

We had Awan as our private driver. He communicated with me via Whatsapp prior to our tour to confirm the pick-up time and location. I shared what we would like to do and what we did not want to do. He did the rest. Awan spoke perfect English with excellent communication skills. He's also a very good driver. We had an awesome day and we got to see so many things/sites in 10 hours.

This was a great trip that was catered to what I wanted to do. Pande was an amazing driver, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be doing this trip again next time I’m in Bali.

Great Tour. Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable. He took us to our chosen sights, and a couple of extra spots he threw in that we never would have though of. would book again.

Ponde (with BALIHIT tour) picked us up at Benoa cruise ship port (docks @ 7 am, leaves at 8 am) then drove two of us to view the city, then to Ubud area visiting the temples explaining along the way, stopped at a restaurants with giant swings, then monkey forest. The next day, started early for the Heaven’s Gate, Queen’s then King’s palaces, another good restaurant, then waterfall park. The third day (Friday) all museums were closed so Ponde took us to a Chinese pagoda then WISNU park. Ponde is very knowledgeable and speaks very good English. We strongly recommended this company and this driver.

Wonderful day exploring the Lempuyang Temple and the Gates of Heaven. Putu was my driver and guide for the day. We arrived at Lempuyang early and didn’t have to a long wait.. Putu was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the history and culture. Thank you Putu for making this tour an excellent experience for me.
