It is an amazing experience that you all should try!!... ill do it again and again!!We had never been on a hot air balloon before and the weather was perfect the takeoff was very smooth as well as the landing. The captain and the ground crew seemed very experienced.

The captain and the ground crew seemed very experienced.The whole experience was amazing. The driver picked us up on time. Everything was well organized from beginning to end. However just felt that the pilot could have announced when we passed near a pyramid and give a little history.

We were picked up on time (4:20am), everything was very well organized, our pilot was wonderful, and the breakfast and mariachi (and tequila after!) were enjoyable. Felt very safe and would highly recommend!

Came here with a group of 9. Overall the experience was great! The hot air balloons were super fun, I’d recommend dressing warm though as it does get really cold. Now, Teotihuacan was AMAZING. Definitely hire one of the tour guides for the full experience - they can give you a full history of the place as well as take you to some cool caves and other places. Much better than just walking around aimlessly and snapping pictures, plus it’s only about 580 pesos per person. Now the one negative, the drivers to and from the balloon location drive quite dangerously. Honestly this is the only part of the whole experience to fix. On the way there, our driver swerved a lot and we were just constantly bouncing up and down in our seats. On the way back, they took us to the wrong destination so we took an hour to get home. Please fix this part. Other than that we all had a truly amazing time :)It was a great experience, from the beginning to the end. The pickup was on time and the balloon ride was just awesome, a magnificent view of Teotihuacan Valley that really worth it. At the end of the trip, a very good breakfast with mariachis (my mom was on her birthday so they played "las mañan...
It was a great experience, from the beginning to the end. The pickup was on time and the balloon ride was just awesome, a magnificent view of Teotihuacan Valley that really worth it. At the end of the trip, a very good breakfast with mariachis (my mom was on her birthday so they played "las mañanitas" for her), and the return to the hotel was on time. A once-in-a-lifetime experience!
