What to expect
Itinerary
We will pick you up at your hotel or a meeting point, then we will move to our park which is located on the cenotes route, in Puerto Morelos. Our staff will explain how we will carry out each activity. We will start with the zip line activity in which you will use harnesses of the highest quality for your safety, imagine flying over the tops of the trees, feel the wind in your face while screaming with emotion. Later we will go to challenge of the atv which will take us on board a four-wheel drive on roads full of stones, mud, ups and downs in the middle of the jungle, that is impressive, then we will perform a very relaxing activity in which we will take a walk on horseback on paths full of peace and light, the horseback ride is one of the most relaxing activities that exist. Finally we will go to a Mayan cenote to refresh ourselves, here you can enter the cenote in three ways, with a brave dive, a safe ladder or through a zipline which is on the cenote, you decide. We will enjoy a delicious Mexican lunch and flavored waters, then we will start our return to our hotel or meeting point

- Not wheelchair accessible
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- If you select a different area than your hotel, you must edit your reservation with the correct area (different cost) through the booking engine.
- If someone offers you an upgrade plus before your travel date, please contact the customer service department.
- Only adults over 18 years of age can drive their own ATV. Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
- The weight limit is 270 pounds for zip lines, 300 pounds for ATVs, and 220 pounds for horseback riding.
- For security measures, the use of mobile phones is not allowed during activities.
- We recommend bringing: a change of clothes, a towel, closed-toe shoes, a swimsuit, sunscreen and biodegradable repellent, sunglasses and tissues for the ATV.
- Not recommended for travelers with back problems.
- Not recommended for pregnant women.
- Not recommended for travelers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund

Absolutely worth every penny. It seems like everyone there loves their job and is happy to help the customers. There was never a moment that someone was not there to support us. Whether on ATV's; someone was there to help get you from being unstuck. On the cenote dive, the host made sure to educate us on each step of the process and was on point to keep everyone safe. On the ziplines, there was never a moment where the staff was there to support even the most afraid customers. I would DEFINITELY do this again. Everyone should too.Erika_K

Horse back riding was not very safe. No instruction. Stirrups and helmets weren’t adjusted etc. 4 people had atv accidents as they weren’t really instructed either. Life jackets at cenote were barely useable. Everything was rushed in between activities.

This tour was amazing ! Henry our tour guide made it so easy ' everyone was friendly and we loved Raul at the tequila tasting. We especially enjoyed zipline and the atv. Would definitely recommend this tour.

This FULL day operated like clockwork! The guides, especially Aldo, Berto and Luis were super attentive, patient, kind and fun! I definitely felt they prioritized my safety and enjoyment! This FULL day operated like clockwork! The guides, especially Aldo, Berto and Luis were super attentive, patient, kind and fun! I definitely felt they prioritized my safety and enjoyment! The horseback guides were great, it was a peaceful and beautiful ride through the forest, around the polo fields! Things that could be improved,…we asked and it was explained multiple times, what was happening when… there was so much information, it was hard to absorb. When you start at the horses, it would be good to have a board with your plan mapped out on it, for visual people. We were so confused what shoes we needed when and so forth. Also, we stayed in Playa Del Carmen, we were on a shuttle that picked us up, went to Cancun to pick people up and then to the events. It would be nice to have a bus that was direct from Playa to the events. We got on the bus at 11:40am and did not arrive until 2pm. That’s a lot of bumping around in a hot van with no explanation of what is going on.Tpern

Fun experience! Great for all age ranges! The crew was very attentive and efficient. Each activity ran very smoothly and it was a lot of fun. We particularly liked swimming and jumping in the cenote!
